I am a property owner and have been with CMC Realty and Property Management for one year now. This is my 3rd management company, and I finally found one that works with me, and cares about my property and my tenants.
I work mostly with Brian, although the entire team works together to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Brian is available for me whenever I call, and he clearly cares about my property and tenants - he wants to achieve a good outcome all around. And he works hard to achieve that for me.
He has overseen the conversion of some of my units to turn them into beautiful living spaces, not just apartments.
I have been impressed than once with the rents Brian has been able to achieve, along with the really great tenants he has found who care about my property.
In addition, my tenants feel well taken care of by this management team.
I highly recommend CMC Realty and Property Management.

We had some issues with our tub and she promptly( and I mean within 20 minutes) was on top of it. The plumber came same day and they fixed my tub for me.
I'm really appreciative of how sweet and kind she was to me.
The property management we had before was the worst.
I was so pleased that she listened to me and fixed the issue so quickly.
I highly recommend looking for an apartment or property managed by CMC especially if Daniela is your Property manager.

I’d like to personally give a sincere thanks to my manager Brian Aguinada. He has been concerning, patient, and considerate when I have had problems or needed help with anything I’ve encounter here since I’ve been a tenant with CMC reality. Brian has been diligent when I needed things fixed with the apartment I’m currently living in. I appreciate Brian. Also, any and every time I’ve talked to him he’s always gone above and beyond to see things right all the way through. A nice man and straight shooter. Brian has given me a new attitude about managers and management. So again, my sincere thanks to Brian, and CMC Realty And Property Management. Keep doing fantastic work….

Me and my family are very pleased with the ease of submitting our paper work and rental application online. Paying my deposit and rent online was also a breeze. The home we rented is in great shape in a very nice neighborhood. Having a gardener and a maintenance team is nice as well.

By far this is the best property management company that I've ever had to deal with. I love how attentive and friendly their employee Daniela is she's such a sweetheart and makes me feel very comfortable talking to I like that she's a great communicator and handles business and get things done in a very timely manner. She's also good with following up on things and making sure things are going well and I love that about her. It's always a job well done she actually deserves ten 🌟 's!

I can't express how grateful I am to have had Daniela help throughout not just the paperwork process, but in sending over the apartment that I ended up moving into after another that had my interest had been delisted. She was nothing short of professional and attentive, and made the move quick, easy and efficient. Seeing as how I was moving from my last apartment due to issues with property management, I'm happy that this company cares about who they hire to be customer facing, as her consideration and communication were both beyond excellent. This company is very responsive to its clients, I always feel their presence whenever I have concerns about their unit or environment. There are no perfect houses but the after-sales service is awesome.

Great customer service, they contact me to let me know they are on the way. Took them less then 20 mins to review and fixed the problem and he informed me that he needs to put in another order for my shower faucet that's dripping and they’ll contact me when order is approved. Good people!

We have been living in a property managed by CMC for a year and it has been a stress free experience, great property management company. Always very helpful with any questions and quick to resolve any issues.

Best property management company in Long Beach! We rented one of their units for a year and it was such a great experience. CMC is reliable, professional and they have a stellar team. Jesus and Daniela are great, they're friendly and very helpful. And, special kudos to Kelsey, she's professional, understanding, and very organized! We had to move out because the unit was sold, but Kelsey was super helpful during a stressful time. She clearly explained processes and was very understanding with our concerns. We were very happy to have her support. Overall, I highly recommend CMC!

It`s nice to work with CMC, I love how they communicated what I need. And they are very active.

Working with Kelsey on our recent transaction was fantastic. She was always available to answer questions and even reached out to multiple vendors to try and help speed things along. I hope to be able to work with her again in the future.

I had met Jae at a function gathering over the weekend. She mentioned that she worked with a management company in the accounting dept. So i had ask her some related questions, She was very helpful, very kind, professional, understanding, very connected to my questions. I can tell by her response how passionate she was about what she do she made me feel comfortable to ask any questions.
