Dr. Romano is very professional. She cares for the patients well being. She spent time explaining before the procedure. I would definitely recommend her!

Had an awful experience here!
Had the worst cleaning, I believe she spent less than 5min. Got a crown on a cracked tooth and it never really fit well as they were rough with the prep work and fitting.
I just figured I'd find another dentist and I did at EZ Dental (awesome]. After 4 months I started to experience pain in the crown and was told by my new dentist that there was infection under it and that Bay Harbor hadn't removed all of the decay prior to fitting the crown. Called this morning and all I got was a bunch of legal munbo/jumbo. Wasted $800 and my time dealing with them.

2nd visit here. Bad n worst experience ever and never got in to see dentist. Office personnel NO GOOD! NO GOOD. Dentist comes out n says she wasn't here but office said she was. Hmmm. Im waiting for my medical ride, it's raining n wet outside, minding my own business n she tells me to leave. I say no. And then she ask for medical ride # to call my ride, I give it to her n she goes back in. Making formal complaint with insurance. And NEVER got to see dentist. Smh.

3 years ago I spent about 1,000$ on a root canal and turns out they failed and didn't get all the nerve out so now I'm dying, in the worst PAIN in my life. Now I gotta get a redo root canal and one on the tooth next to it because the infection spread. DONT GO TO BAY HARBOR DENTAL!!!!!!!!! Costing me about 3000$!
