Great selection and great service. This is the place to find all your favorite team gear. I can't remember the name of the guy who helped us but he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, he helped prevent us from getting a parking ticket in front of the store!

Haven’t been back to my hometown in a while, yet I own at least 25 M&N jerseys. A jersey collector, I’d heard about the flagship, but never got around to visiting until this past week. Superb friendly service, I mean really great. Greeted when I walked in, and repeatedly asked for help while shopping. Had a few questions, and the staff was as nice as could be when helping. Needed a different size in the Bobby Clarke jersey I purchased, and they were happy to help find me one. They have a broad selection, and to do so, don’t have every size on the sales floor. Just ask, and they probably have it. I liked seeing the large selection, not just a huge rack with one one type of item. Much much better than the service on the website, which is operated separately. Go here, or even call here if you see it on the site, they’ll send it from the store. Thomas was exceptionally helpful on both visits I made to the store this week. Go!

I love the craftsmanship of the products I've purchased, and I must say that my quality control was amazing. It looked like they tested their for years ahead before they started selling them. No lie 2 of the shirts I bought still are in excellent shape, it's truly unbelievable. It was definitely a great buy, lasted so long, quality was crazy, I'm still baffled about it.

I hate to see those bad reviews because they're stuff was better than those reviews. Go back to the way you used to do so your customers can have my experience.

5 ⭐'s isn't enough at least for me

I had a great experience today. Customer service was great, Professional but also friendly. The store was very neat and clean and I found my size in everything I wanted to try on. I’ll definitely be back.

As a long time resident of Philadelphia Mitchell and Ness is easily my favorite store to shop at. Every time I'm at the store on Walnut st Josh and his knowledgeable team take care of me. These guys greet each and every customer, provide us with knowledge on their products and are eager to help and answer any and all questions customers may have. I even left my coffee mug at the store recently and the guys put it to the side and I was able to come back days later and pick it up. Any other store would have thrown it out ! But not these guys ! They take a lot of pride in this establishment and it shows, the vibes are always heavy in the store, its super organized and they have everything in stock that you need and I'm always grateful to shop here because of this ! Lastly, the quality of the product itself is what dreams are made of. Anyone who has picked up an article of clothing made by Mitchell and Ness knows what I'm talking about. Super high quality, thick stitching with NO imperfections and colors that never fade. I've been shopping here for years but my experience this past week in store really compelled me to actually leave a review recapping the time I've spent at Mitchell and Ness. Thanks again to Josh and the team and GO BIRDS, GO PHILS, GO SIXERS AND GO FLYERS !!

I only wish there were more of these stores elsewhere in America! Loved the items and the quality, different to most merch you can find.

Finally made it to this works famous sports haven. Exclusively Eagles, 76ers, Phillies and Flyers! Pricey but the selection of Philly shorts drip is unmatched.

Don't lose yourls mind in here. But you can't get a lot of this swag anywhere else. Even for Dallas fans

It is a nice store, I was a little disappointed that the selection of non Philadelphia teams was limited, I should have managed my own expectations. Though I was disappointed with the selection the experience was still pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Where do I start with Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia? Since I grew up in the late 90's early 2000 throwbacks was the it factor and you having one meant you was the man on your school or your block. I couldn't afford one so I feel kinda of bless saying I cop my first anything Mitchell & Ness, a throwback Raiders sweater. The survive was excellent the guy helping me out went above and beyond his duties to get my beloved sweater. Thanks

Don’t believe any of the bad reviews of this company. I’ve been ordering jerseys from them since 2018 and the shipping has always been decent even through Covid. I’m currently deployed and feared I ordered a jersey in the wrong size and asked if the order could be changed. A customer service rep named Jerry got back to me in less than 2 days and said he could try to cancel it. Unfortunately the order already shipped and if the jerseys are too small when I return to the U.S., it’s my own fault. Their policies say 30 day return and I will be well past that by the time I come home but it is what it is. Customer service was great, my order shipped at a reasonable pace as well. All the complaints on this company are from people that don’t take into consideration what businesses have gone through with Covid. Cut M&N some slack people, they’re doing everything they can. Thank you guys for responding and at least trying to accommodate, I really appreciate it!

Wonderful staff, quality products. M&N's attention to detail in their authentic jerseys is awesome and when traveling to Philly, stopping at this destination is a must.

Every time I come through Mitchell & Ness store, always get best experience. I’m so happy that they moved from old to new location cos of better space and lighting as well. They extremely took their time in using their phones/writing down to communicate with me and my brother (we both are deaf). I own 5 M&N shorts & one authentic Kobe jersey. Without any doubts I’ll come back, thank you all!

It was great!! I got my Dad the Dr J Julius Erving, for Father Day,, and I got the Allen Iverson Throwback Sixers Jersey, so we both wore our jerseys last night, and THEY WON!! GAME 7 tomorrow, Me and my Dad are gonna switch up jerseys!!!
And the sales guy was great, even though its summer the coats were on sale BIG TIME, so I found a 1985 (year I was born) NBA All Star Game coat... I cant wait to wear it!! Gotta love this store!!
