My experience here was very delightful. The sales person was very acknowledge or respectful and no just how to treat customers I rate this place over and above five stars I give it 100 stars and thank you so much. I like your furniture I like the customer service thanks again, and I will be back.

James approached us as soon as we walked in the door. He was very helpful, patient and funny. We bought a dresser and had a good experience with our purchase. The store is clean and has a lot of good options that are good quality.

My Wife stopped at Jerome’s Furniture after a Luncheon in Torrance!! My Wife was greeted by Christian and he walked through her QUICK shopping spree, she chose a chair and we came back 3 hours later and purchased the Recliner of her choice!! The Chair was delivered today!! Thank you Jerome’s!!!

Update 7/22: Went back to purchase a barstool/pub table for my kitchen. Evelia again provided top notch service. Thank you!! It looks great with my barstools. 😊

Excellent service all the way around!! Sales, Evelia Gomez, is AMAZING!! Seriously, great service. We bought a couch, a love seat, a custom swivel chair, and a beautiful accent rug!! Omg, cannot wait for delivery😆🥰 UPDATE: Not only was the indoor service great, but delivery was good too. I did need to call to have them come back to fix something, but when the guy got here, he was so nice and helpful that it made up for the mistake in our chair. Thank you!!!

I visited a few other furniture stores prior to visiting Jerome’s store. First thing I noticed was the politeness and eagerness to help me find a mattress despite my budget level at Jerome’s, even when they were very busy with customers. A few other stores I visited previously were not as friendly and one of them even stopped helping me when I told them my budget.
At Jerome’s, the staff worked with my budget and payment options with no hassle.
The whole experience took less than 20 minutes and I left feeling no worries.
The mattress was delivered with no issues.
I would definitely recommend Jerome’s to my neighbors.

I really liked the variety of items, one better than the other, all the staff very friendly and good service. Not to mention Patty, our salesperson, who helped us throughout the entire process of choosing the best model not only in price but also in quality. Successes and Blessings.

I really like this store more than other furniture stores. The layout is not as overwhelming and in my opinion the furniture is nicely scaled for different room sizes. I brought my mother in law here to buy new living room and bedroom furniture. She had a positive experience which is why we came when we needed new furniture. We were helped by Mike who was very helpful and gave us the space to roam the floor. Id start here if you were looking to furnish an apartment or home.

Well I'm in the process of switching up furniture. The sales manager and assistant manager are both very helpful and friendly. Also, the ladies at the front desk are super sweet. Karen and Heather specifically. James, the assistant manager, is very patient and kind. The atmosphere here is great,highly recommend.

Had a great experience. Went to get a bedroom set with my husband and Mario Ventura was so helpful and very kind. His customer service was amazing. We bought our bedroom set and will definitely be back for our living room set.

Great experience. Spent all afternoon looking for a mattress. Best customer service was at Jerome’s. Mike was patient and thorough. Genuinely tried to help us find the best fit. We were not pressured to buy anything. Instead he went through all options as we narrowed down our situation. Loved the mattress we found, loved the buying experience. Thank you Mike!

Patty was very helpful, patient and informative. I had gone before but only to look and see what it was that I really wanted. I wasn’t ready to buy that day. I was being helped by Jennifer that day and she was also very helpful and not pushy at all. She knew I was just looking.
Fast forward to today and I purchased a new mattress and headboard. Great experience both times I’ve been there!

My experience with Jerome's (Torrance) was excellent! Salesperson Jennifer Tenace was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. My table was delivered the next day! Delivery person Cristian Quintanilla made the White Glove Delivery process flawless. Highly recommend!

Christian and John and the manager went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! Even broke out the measuring tape! I got the perfect pieces so thank you Torrance Jerome’s team for being so amazing

Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Went in for a roll away bed and wound up buying a couch, a fireplace and a sitting chair and I could not believe the deals! Making Jerome's my go to furniture store 👍

A special note regarding Jennifer, your Salesperson as she took her time to fully explain the process of purchasing furniture from your Company.
