I appreciated having so many choices in one place. Jared was a joy to work with. He was friendly, and a very knowledgeable and professional Guest Experience Specialist. I will definitely send my family and friends to Bob’s when they need furniture.

My wife and I were greeted by Bobby and told where the furniture we were looking for. He then said he would give us time to look at our pace and would check in with us. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. The overall experience was very pleasant.

Abla was great. She let us look around, ask questions, checked back with us when we were making decisions. No pressure felt. She really knew how to read the flow of the process. Would definitely recommend looking for her in the Manchester store if in need of furniture

Bob’s furniture provided great service to us for our mattress. Mohammad spent a lot of time answering all our questions about the different types of mattresses and how it would fit in our existing frame/headboard. Aileen was very informative as well.
We will definitely return to Bob’s furniture.

We purchased multiple bedroom sets, mattresses, theater seating, bar stools, and more. Every item showed up and was completely set up by a friendly and polite delivery crew. All furniture was in perfect condition upon arrival and the process was seamless from the moment I walked in the door and met the best guy I’ve met in months (Jarred). Jarred is the nicest, genuine, polite, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable individual I’ve met at a furniture store and honestly probably the coolest guy I’ve met in months period. Would give this place more than a 5 star review if possible!!

Whatever you do Bob’s don’t lose Jarred this guy was seriously amazing!!

Steve was very helpful and was able to answer our questions. We had to change our order because we realized that one of the furniture pieces will not fit in our space. Steve very easy to do. We are very happy so far in our experience. We are excited to receive our new furniture Match 1. 😊

We love Bob’s furniture outlet because they work with customers as if they are family and not because they see customers as dollar signs. Bob’s worked with us and got us what we wanted at the price we wanted. They also helped us with an affordable and non nonsense protection plan. They are polite and friendly. Bob’s furniture outlet has great variety and modern styling and is recommended for anyone who is looking for quality furniture at affordable price.

Elizabeth was our sales associate. She was very professional, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We appreciate that she was not aggressive and gave us plenty of time. We will DEFINITELY ask for her again. 😀

Shopping at Bob’s was so EASY! We’ve shopped other furniture stores in the St Louis area and were very disappointed in the process. We worked with Mike as our salesman and he made the process simple. He didn’t follow us around or try to sell, he let the furniture sell itself. He handled the process from start to finish. No going here then there and talking to this person and that person to set up financing or warranty info or to schedule a delivery date. Mike did it all! He was very knowledgeable of the whole process and never had to “go check with my manager” like other sales persons at other stores. The best part is, there was no “10-14 week” delivery day. We bought on a Saturday and scheduled for delivery for the very next Wednesday! Very pleased with our decision to go to Bob’s. Thanks for all your help Mike! You were great!

Bobby was great. He didn’t hound us when we walked in. He introduced himself and let us shop. When I had questions he was there to answer. Once we chose our couch he sat down with us and went over all the options. Very pleasant shopping experience.

They make you feel at ease. They give you your personal space, so you don’t have to listen to an up-sale salesman the whole time, while looking at all the furniture.

I had a very patient and understanding salesman Steve. I've never brought anything from Bob before but he made my purchase very easy and explained everything to me. I highly recommend Steve if u want a great experience. I definitely will be shopping more at Bob's thanks to Steve. I can't remember his manager name I was calling her Margaret Cho. She was also so very helpful. Over all I highly recommend Bob's in Manchester everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable.

I walked into the store there was no hassle we were greeted we were allowed to shop and look for what we wanted once we found what we needed a representative was right there to assist us in helping us make the best decision possible. Job well done customer service at its best

We enjoyed our visit to try Bob’s Discount Furniture store in Manchester Mo. Phylis was very helpful and showed us many sofas that could fit our needs. We were happy wit the sofa we decided to buy. Phylis was also helpful with the ordering and explaining the delivery options and why the warranty is a good deal. If we need more furniture someday we will start with Bob’s.

This was one of the best furniture buying experiences we have ever had. Rosilyn was amazing and so kind. She was so sweet with our daughter too. The quality of furniture there is great and the prices are actually reasonable and not overpriced. I would definitely recommend shopping at Bob’s and shopping with Rosilyn.

My sales rep was very knowledgeable and told me all the information on the furniture I was buying. Since he knew so much, he really sold me on the furniture. He was great.

Jared was a great help. He went above and beyond and moved a chair from the back of the store to the front so I could see how it looked with a certain sofa. I love the chair and it was a great price. Very nice friend people to work with.
