This was my first visit to this clinic. I normally do not write about bad reviews, but this is almost embarrassing how they function. I filled out all my paper work and advised the clerk this is my first time here. After filling out all the paper work. 1 and half hours later of still waiting he ask what type of coverage I have. I had provided my Medical card info and has the nerve to say I need to call and verify. This could of been done an hour ago instead of having me wait another 40 min just to verify. I am here just to remove stitches and the customer services is horrible. I do not recommend anyone to come unless they train their staff on the very basics or replace them. All the patients complaining about wait and poor service.

I went to this clinic and the wait time is insane with appointments and everything.. they prefer to take in walk ins than appointments they have 7 medical assistants doing nothing in the front desk. Just sitting around taking about their boyfriends and babies... bad service bad everything.... never coming back
