GKG-Gil's Kickboxing Gym

Family owned and operated, offering instructor lead kickboxing classes, small group circuit training, personal training, muay thai and bjj. Personable, friendly and helpful staff. The gym members are also friendly and helpful. I have been going to this gym for a few years. I have attended classes lead by most of the instructors. They each have a unique style and flow, but by the end of every class, you will find that you worked hard and got a good sweat session. If you have questions about technique or require a modification, the instructors do come over if you let them know you have questions. Staff and members tend to know each other, if not by name, at least by face. Over all, nothing but good vibes while getting in shape.

Great Gym! Instructors are motivating, energetic, and happy to help you learn/improve your skills. Good place to start for beginners through advanced. Gym is clean and well maintained. Wonderful community and worth every penny! Highly recommend you check this gym out if you are looking for a positive change of pace in your workout routine.

I have been to a fair share of gyms over the years, but none of them come close to how amazing Gil’s Kickboxing Gym is. The instructors are amazing at what they do and truly motivating. The classes, although challenging, make a serious difference.

I high suggest giving this gym and workout a try, you won't be sorry. A popular misconception is that you need prior experience and/or training to join. That simply isn't true. Gil and Neveen Sanchez (owners and instructors), along with the other talented trainers, will teach you all the fundamentals you need to know. Also, everyone at Gil's Kickboxing Gym is friendly, helpful, patient, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable.

Love this gym! The equipment is top notch, and the instructors are knowledgeable, and motivating. The schedule of classes give you a wide variety of times and classes to choose from. The location is centrally located for Torrance, Lomita and beach cites residents. I found my happy place!😍😍

The newest, cleanest, most badass kickboxing gym in the area. You'll learn actual techniques here, none of that kickbox-cardio/Tae Bo stuff!
