I live in New York and Jim’s Auto Sales worked tirelessly to help me purchase, finance, and transport my vehicle. The salesmen and finance department responded promptly to all my texts and phone calls and were able to answer every question with absolute certainty. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Jim’s and I would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle from them in the future!

So my husband was ready to locate his new toy. He was stuck between a Jeep SRT8 and another chevy. Lo and behold he found his new baby. Of course he had me contact the Auto Sales place ( Me being a person who shops off the showroom floor) I was quite skeptical as I have always heard horror stories. I called and spoke with Sam and he gave me the full price and said that the truck would be avaliable to view. I relayed the information to my husband and on Sunday afternoon we went down there. Arrived and the truck was not there but in maintenance. Bummed is an understatement and he was excited to see the truck. Sam advised us that he would contact me when the vehicle was avaliable again. Days went by and we forgot about it. On Thursday July 27th 2023 Sam contacted me along with photos and asked us to come down and visit. I fwd the info to my spouse and he was happy again. Saturday morning I reached out to Sam and was forwarded to Ricky who ended really changing my outlook on the used car dealers. Ricky had the truck pulled out at the exact time we said we would be arriving, he allowed us to test drive on the main street along on the fwy. He had cold water avaliable for us. We arrived at 10:30am and was out of there 2:45pm (small hiccups, paperwork etc) and through it all Ricky never left our side. We learned that he experienced some of the challeneges that we are facing as new owners, he had the car cleaned, gas placed, took our photos and even named our new baby A &W ( yes like the Root Beer LOL ) Thank you Ricky for going above and beyond with making sure that we were comfortable and giving us the gems we needed to proceed.

After a highly underwhelming experience at Anaheim Hyndai, I was pleasantly surprised by this unassuming location S. of L.A. My sales agent Nami Mir was down to earth and easy to work with and the whole experience was positive and hassle-free. I felt good about the car and their 30-day free warranty (and their garage) gave me a sense of peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Nami and Jim's Auto Sales in the future.

Yo the harbor city store has deals you can't miss we needed a car with a Budget range and we got more space while we searching in our price range. Costumer service from Jesse was outstanding guy and also great at closing deals helped us stay I our budget and with the help of the finance manager we where abo to meet in the middle and make a deal!! I was car shopping for a few days until I went to Jim's Auto and ended up financing my first car. Ricky was super helpful, made every step of the process clear and understandable. Unlike other dealerships that do bait and switch or add expensive add-ons, Jim's was the most honest with great pricing. Would highly recommend.

I bought a car here. They treated me professionally and without sales gimmicks. Straight forward. Their sales man, a young Mexican guy was very helpful and even allowed me to test drive the car in the freeway. At the end they put 3/4 of the tank in free gas. Thank you!

Great dealer with amazing inventory. Matthew was very professional, the selection of vehicles is so diverse, they have multiple types of vehicles in almost any budget, they also don’t add in a bunch of random “accessories” accessories and actually honor advertised price.

I’ve been wanting to trade in my car for awhile to get my dream truck but I didn’t think I would be able to because of my credit not being the best. I finally stepped out on faith and went to Jim’s Auto Sale and that’s where I met Roy & Richard. They we’re super helpful and willing to work with me. Everything went smooth and it was hassle free. I was selling my truck and had a bad experience at CarMax with how long they quoted me and how long they were actually going to take to process the transaction once I was there. I called Ricky at Jim’s and he had me in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes. No hassles and he was super cool. Highly recommend selling your car here.

I’m one of the happiest customer ever with Jim’s auto sales. I already purchased 3 cars from them and I’m very happy with the quality of service and the amazing deals on reliable cars. I had the honor to be assisted by Jim himself who came out to support his amazing sales managers. They were all nice and very polite to me and sooooo patient since I’m somehow very hard to convince. I don’t think of another place to purchase a car.

Worked with Sam on an Excursion I was very interested in. I ended up not buying it, but to no fault of Sam or the dealerships. Sam is very professional, worked a great deal for me, and followed up well. Definitely not a pushy used car dealership. They made me feel at ease, and helped pick out a great car. I highly recommend this place, and Sam Delami in particular.

Surprisingly easy, hassle-free purchase of a 2012 Chevy Corvette Grand Sport.

I visited recently and was very impressed with their customer service. I totaled my truck recently and so I’m now in the market. These guys have a great selection at fare prices and probably the best warranty on used cars I’ve seen.
