If you are looking to loose weight or just stay fit, then this is the place to come. Mack can show you how to stay fit and he puts you on a diet program, but you must follow it. Mack takes everyone under his wing and he is a great guy. I see Mack 3x week and I have seen my body changing I feel good about myself and my coworkers sees me loosing weight and I am more relax in the office now. That makes me feel really good. For years all I do was just go to work and come home. I had enough of just not doing anything. Ask for Mack and I promise you that he can make you feel good, about your self, but you have to do your part as well.

The people here are great, they explain everything and make it easy to understand. Mack (the owner) is really friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you come in. The only thing they care about is getting you to your goal and make it fun. The spin class is the best spin class anywhere mack makes it super fun and really makes you sweat. Totally worth it. Oh and he also has a live Dj which is awesome.

I always get a great work out here at Body Mack. I took the group fitness boot camp classes as well as personal training sessions. I always enjoy the music and the atmosphere is fun. Mack is upbeat positive and I always feel comfortable working out here.

I’ve lost 30lbs, gained muscle, I’m cardio fit, I’m stronger, Ieaner (18.8% body fat) & I’m 59yrs old (female) 3 Days a week for 1 hr each session..make time, there’s no excuse! Thank You Mack!
