Wilches Alberto MD

My entire family is seen by Dr. Wilches. We have been under his care our entire life. We have nothing but good thoughts of him and his team.

I visited Dr. Alberto Wilches on Wednesday for the first time. I would like to share my experience with you. (Disclosure: he is a dear friend. I chose him as my doctor after my new Medicare plan made this possible):

First, I found the City of Paramount pleasant, and the location of the Doctor's office surprisingly lovely. The building and the signage was most impressive, and parking so easy.

The ladies in the office were strikingly efficient and gracious. They seem so well-tuned together that they feel like sisters; my friend picked his staff well! The Doctor's nurse, Yesenia, interviewed me to get pertinent information; I have never encountered such aptitude in a nurse; she talked to me like she was my friend, but remained professional throughout.

Then he walked in and gave me a bear-hug (told you he's a dear friend). We had a brief chat about politics, which is my passion. BTW, no white coat to intimidate the patient!

Finally, Dr. Wilches reviewed my history thoroughly, and took care of all my needs. Before leaving the office, the ladies at the front desk handed me all the forms I needed to proceed further with my care. So easy and so clockwork-efficient! I am so excited that he is my doctor ... I adore him! ~

Dr. Wilches is thorough and caring. He actually reviews your medical records before the consultation for a proper and effective treatment plan.

Dr. Wilches is very thorough and efficient. Will never rush you and always concerned with any issues. Office staff and assitant are the same.
