East End Properties

I found an apartment thru East End Properties on Craigslist during a time that myself, husband and two kids were homeless and had been staying in a hotel for nearly a week. We went in there and told them our situation and how desperate we were, but that our credit wasn't that great. The staff were very polite and made us feel comfortable and confident about getting us into this apartment. We got the keys the next day. Thank You East End you all are a blessing !

When I first started exploring properties in the downtown Long Beach area, I looked at craigslist (before searching on Trulia, etc.). Found a property that looked well maintained and recently renovated with a price that seems too low to be true. East End Properties was very quick in giving me a personal walkthrough and handled my application immediately. I was able to move in almost within a week.

After living there for a few months I quickly found the entire staff at East End to be very professional and very friendly. Any issues I had with the property were handled incredibly fast; absolutely no complaints at all. Unfortunately I had the need to upgrade to a bigger place, and at the time they had no other properties available. Should they have, I would have definitely been a return customer.

Very professional & courtesy

Not that you can chose who your property manager is, but this organization is HORRENDOUS. They continually avoid fixing major issues on our property, and they lie when asked to remedy those issues. If you are wanted to rent through their business--don't. Save yourself the nightmare and rent somewhere else.

Funny that someone else mentioned that this company are liars. They have several names they go by. They do lie about alot of things ie sending notices when they really didn't ie rent increases, inspections, they'll come banging on your door and call you saying they're gonna open your door. They will harass and try their bullying tactics. Know your tenants laws.

Nasty. Unhabitable. Has Serious pest control problems.
