I have been a customer for a few years now and it has been an absolute pleasure. My to go person is Yasmin, she is always available to take my calls for any questions or concerns I may have. She is knowledgeable and explains my policy options in great detail. Also Nikki is extremely helpful and kind. I have also had the pleasure to be helped by Eric and he is always willing to assist me. Besides doing business with this agents office they are kind and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend contacting Eric Lamas office for insurance policies.

Her customer service is impeccable. She has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. I wouldn't have anyone but her handling our auto insurance needs. Nikki-Lynn worked magic on my claim! My car was stolen at a time when I was also going through family loss. Nikki-Lynn helped me stay on track and she constantly followed up and did everything she could to make the process as smooth as possible for me. She truly went above and beyond for me, and I'm forever grateful to her! Her dedication really speaks for itself.

I've been insured with State farm for almost 12 years when I moved to California Eric's office made everything quick and painless on my part they have also quickly answered any questions I've had and also helped my with other issues I had with a claim and a billing issue that's on the corporate side of the company. I recommend Eric Lamas State Farm for your insurance needs 100%. I did not end up going with them because my current insurance company gave me reduced pricing I couldn't refuse but Yasmin, the agent was very professional and easy to work with. She was very attentive to my needs and provided me detailed information on protection coverage for me and my family! She was also the only agent out of a handful I talked to that called me to follow up with me. Yasmin acted with grace even after I told her I was going to stay with my current insurance company.
