Found this little gem today and it was such a delightful store. Great selection of books, Holztiger, jellycat and so much more. Really helpful staff that introduced me to some new brands and recommended books! Love this place! Please support small businesses!

I have worked in early childhood for 11 years and have a two-year-old. I love to stop in toy stores whenever I’m traveling. This was one of the best I’ve ever been to. Each section has been carefully curated and beautifully displayed. They have the best of the best of every kind of product, which would typically take me hours to search through reviews to identify. Staff was friendly and helpful, while also eager to maKe my little one smile. Next time we are in town, I won’t miss stopping in this lovely place.

This store has excellent selection of goods for people of all ages to interact in an intellectual way with young people. Excellent sales support and a willingness to go out of their way to serve their customers. We are return customers and will return to purchase more items for our grandchildren.

Always fun to visit the Village Toy Store on our annual visit to Mendocino. Good selection of things you don't usually find in your garden variety toy store.

This year I wanted some pirate treasure coins, and the woman at the counter (owner?) suggested another source where I could buy more of them bulk. Thank you! Success!
