We had a wonderful breakfast there so decided to come back for dinner. Totally amazing!

We had a very good dinner while staying here at the inn. For cocktails my wife had the Green Goddess (spin on a gimlet) and I had the Pandemic Sour (couldn't resist the name).

We had the cheese plate appetizer, followed by a good beet salad. The mains were the duck confit and the pasta special (housemade fettuccini with trumpet mushrooms and chicken).

All were very good. This was one of our top two meals during our stay in Mendocino.

All the dining was outside under a covered tent, with heaters.

Celebrated an anniversary here and had great time here. Our waiter was very helpful and knowledgeable. Best dish we had was their scallops appetizer, delicious! Every course was perfectly heated to that just right temp, sounds small but makes a difference. Nice seating options, can see sunset. Also save room for dessert if you can, their ice cream was yummy.

We tried nearly all the starters! So delicious. Cheese board was exceptional! Try the Bourbon Pecan ice cream.

Someone in town recommended this place to us. We had noodles and fillet steak and they were so good. I like the ambience here with a beautiful architecture. Also, the staff were very friendly.

Came in mid day needing to charge my Electric Vehicle. They have a Tesla Destination Charger, and is available for guests, but they don’t serve lunch. I asked if I could charge my car, they suggested if I made a reservation for dinner. Deal! Spent next few hours walking the cliffs and town with my dog, while racking up electrons into my electron tank. Bar opens at 5pm, dinner starts at 5:30. Staff is super friendly and this Inn is smack in the middle of town near coffee shops (but they all close near 4ish).

Salad with avocado toast was super fresh and delicious! Service was a little slow but great atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience with the 5 course tasting with wine pairing. The food was fantastic and the wines were mostly local and paired perfectly. They were very accommodating of my gluten allergy which I really appreciate. The portion sizes were huge for a 5 course tasting so be prepared. I had to leave a lot of food otherwise I never would have made it to the later dishes.

Gorgeous little rooms, spread around different properties. Very comfortable and great service. Make sure to visit Cafe Beaujolais!

Delicious! Huge outdoor tent with tables spaced far enough away that you felt safe with COVID cases rising again.. Food was delicious and staff were so kind

Went here for dinner while staying in Mendocino. Lovely characterful building although our particular table was a bit close to the servers area. Amazing steaks and good wine - would recommend!

We went for the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairings (there is also a whiskey pairing option). The food was phenomenal and the service excellent. Costs about $175 per person to do this option (after tax and gratuity) but we enjoyed every minute of our leisurely 2 hour meal.

Enjoyed the stay! Had a private hottub! An unexpected plus. A full breakfast included in the price. Only think weird were crinkly pillows. Very soft bed.

Very good overall. They were very busy so the waiter was overworked but food was excellent

The five star is for the person who helped me make my reservation. Food was delicious. I was kind of frustrated. It seemed like they didn’t want me to bring my baby which if that’s the case they should have a rule saying no kids.

They set us up in a library style room and the hostess went out of her way to get a fire going for us. Very romantic. The filet mignon beyond delicious and a great selection of drinks and food. I can't wait to visit again

Amazing desserts! A good place for cocktails and martinis in a town full of wine/beer-only restaurants.

Absolutely outstanding experience. From the moment we stepped in from the second we left. The food, the service and the ambiance was exemplary. This was a total dining experience, we were blown away at the care and attention we received and the quality of the food and drink. My filet was cooked to perfection and the appetizers were filled with flavor. One of our top restaurant experiences to date, thank you!

We stayed only one night, it was exceptional! The view from the attic suite was incredible. We didn't want to leave the two leather chairs by the arched front window in our sitting area. So resyful. We looked out over the main Street, the grassy headlands and the Pacific ocean beyond. In the morning, coffee and a paper by the fireplace was heavenly. Yes, July, and the fire burning close by was perfect. Breakfast, included in the night's lodging was order off the menu. Everything was fresh, homemade, unique and delicious. We shall return!
