Mi Tierra

Passing through Salinas and found Mi Tierra in downtown and had afternoon snacks.

We tried the beef steak tacos and they were amazing!

Excellent food! Unexpectedly low price!

Mi Tierra is hands down one of the best spots for authentic Mexican food, and I can't stop raving about it! When you walk in, you're free to choose your seat, and you're always warmly greeted, setting the tone for a fantastic dining experience.

This is a fantastic place to eat. It has consistently served delicious food every time I have gone there. I had the chile verde and my companion had albondigas soup. They were both delicious. It’s good to know when you are ordering that your know it’s going to be great

Small spot on main street just opposite the steinbeck museum. Friendly staff. Quick service. Food was great! High chairs available. Kid friendly menu options. Tables are one person width apart so only enough room to side step between tables. Two bathrooms, single person. We parked in the lot across the street. Would visit again.

The food was excellent. The price was fair, even generous considering the portions. If you like Mexico foods, this place is top notch!

Highly recommend, not only is the food delicious, but the workers are truly amazing. Have always dined in and waited a reasonable amount of time for my food; and have always left satisfied, with the billing, food, and customer service. The workers are beyond amazing and truly care for their customers! Will come back soon.

Awesome Lunch with my friend Oscar. It was worth the drive from Fresno. The service is wonderful, even during a pandemic. We had a nice seating outside, with perfect weather. Most of the people who walk by even smiled and said hello. :-)

Mi Tierra is the perfect spot for an authentic Mexican meal. I ordered the chile rellano and taco combination that came with rice, beans, and a side salad. The food was beautifully presented and came out piping hot. The rellano batter was fluffy and the cheese was perfectly gooey. The hard shell taco was crispy and stayed together well. Lastly, the rice and beans were seasoned to perfection.

Excellent food, great prices and superior customer service. The Chiles rellenos, quesabirria tacos and breakfast plates are amazing.

Went there by recommendation from a young lady at the Steinbeck museum. So glad we listened. Food was delicious. I had the Chilli Verde ( not spicy great flavor ) meat cooked perfectly,not over done. Wish would have had more time in town as we would definitely gone back the next day. Thank you for a great meal.

Great food, large portions, and an affordable price. Mi Tierra is one of my favorite places to eat during the work week.

I will go ahead and recommend this place because I know how hard it is to find good restaurants now a days. I have children and I always struggle to find a nice place that looks safe, isn’t exaggeratedly expensive and that has good food for me and the kids. I decided to go here because of the high ratings on google and wasn’t disappointed. My first impression was how nice the location is. It’s a “downtown” area with lights everywhere mostly quiet and very clean. The people working there are friendly, the prices are very reasonable, the place is clean, they have a good amount of options of authentic Mexican food, the service is great, you’ll get anything you ask for. I waited about 10 minutes for my food which is fast compared to other places and the food was very tasty (the kids loved it). If you don’t want to struggle finding good food go here, I’m a traveler and have been to restaurants in different cities and states and this is definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had, that’s why this place definitely deserves a 5 star rating.

Went here to see my ol' ladies cousin do his stand-up comedy routine. It was awesome. They held it underground in this darker basement type room. The volume was a little bit too high at times and I got a bit of a headache here and there, but it wasn't that bad at all. The comedy was off the chain funny. If you're interested in their comedy nights, you'd probably need to check out their website or call them. I didn't get to drink or eat anything here, but everyone else who was eating and/or drinking seemed to be happy.

Great Food! Had an enchilada, Taco and rice/beans. The Enchilada was great and the Taco's are deep fried, It.Was.Tasy!! The staff was really nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful experience dining in yesterday. The service was quick and friendly but the real star of the show was the food. We had delicious beef nacho fries and burritos. The portions were enormous and the quality was untouchable. We don't live in the area however we fully intend on visiting again before we leave town.

Whenever Im in the area whether for rodeo or lax I always go here. Bomb ash and good prices fr.
