I’m not one to post reviews but my experience at Trujillo was great— all the ladies there are very welcoming and knowledgeable but I want to give a huge shoutout to Karen A for going out of her way for my family and I. Trujillo Tax’s service is quick and efficient and most importantly very professional.

Recently I needed help filing applications for permits to operate a commercial vehicle and came to Carlos at Trujillos and they helped me in a professional timely manner carlos and his staff are great. extremely knowledgeable if you ever need help getting in compliance I highly recommend the staff at trujillos thank you guys

Mr. Marroguin did my 2016 taxes. He did a great job! He explained everything and was very efficient. Best of all he got me all the tax deductions possible and in doing so, he got me a nice tax refund without costing me a arm and a leg! I highly recommend Mr. Marroquin and will be going back next year for my taxes and during the year for any other business purposes like Notory Public. Thank you Mr. Marroguin! The receptionist, Anayeli was also very nice and friendly and also gave great customer service when I called to inquire and arrange for an appointment. Nice Friendly People!

I recently did my taxes with Nancy, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite charging a hefty fee of $300, Nancy neglected to include crucial details such as birth certificates, names, and social security numbers in my application. This oversight led to a significant delay in processing my taxes, ultimately forcing me to rectify the errors myself and resend the application via mail. As a result, I now face a prolonged wait of up to three months for my tax refund. Needless to say, I WOULD NOT recommend going here.

Don't go here. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Paid $450 for my business taxes. Elizabeth filed them then i called her a few days later that i had received another income form that if we can add it. And she said that the IRE would fix it in their part. Got a 60 day review notice. I called my tax lady and she said to wait. Waited 3 months and i ended up calling an advocate and they said it was because of the form I had to amend them
Called elizabeth and she amended and still charged me another $100. As what I know when you pay the first time to file it covers if the taxes are amended. We had to pay and she didn't even explain we had to send them out by mail and wait another 3 months. Like really. We pay you to do that. I do not recommend using trujillo tax service!

I’ve had multiple issues with Trujillo forgetting to make my payments for me, causing me to receive cancellation notices via mail. Might as well do your own paperwork since they’re not taking responsibility.
