Beware the new agency renting these warehouse spaces is not "youth activity friendly" for your business. I was just spoken to in such a rude manner regarding my inquiry because I expressed how our community doesn't have a lot of "family oriented recreational and music facilities". The man I spoke to said he was offended because his child attends an after school youth acting program in town. I'm aware of these programs which are only for youths. Our company is goaled towards an indoor family recreational and musical facility. He also said this facility is not "youth activity friendly" while there is already a gymnastics and cheer program in one of the spaces. Age discrimination for business is illegal. I would advice to not be so rude, snappy, or act like bullies to potential renters. Your comment was extremely unprofessional.
