American Tax Service in California will never have my money . Tiffany will overcharge you and lie about it . I did my taxes with them last year of was charged 499 this year I was charged almost 900. Tiffany is talking about bank fees went up when it's a lie I could of file my own taxes for free or went somewhere else for less. When I tried reaching out to them she had her assistants playing phone tags saying shes not in the office when she was right there. This was very unprofessional and I tried talking to her about the matter after saying she was going to give me a discount she did not. She also screamed at me for no apparent reason. I see why. Please love yourself, then you can love others. Tiffany you are not nice for what you did. You try to pretend like the numbers were right, you're a terrible actor. Rushing me off the phone playing phone tags, I knew you were playing games. Then you had the nerves to say if Im not happy don't come back next year. Girl you don't have to tell me twice. You are overcharging people using Turbo Tax. Enjoy that $100. God don't play about his people. I am going to get back 10 times what AMS in California stole from me. I wouldn't recommend Tiffany she was very disrespectful for no reason because she knows exactly what she's doing with her million and one stories.
