Had a Very Good buying experience at Central Coast Auto Sales. Sammy, Sam, and the rest of the staff was great. Prior to the purchase I pointed out a few minor things I wanted taken care of, or provide (like a full size spare tire) and they did.

"They kept their word, which is a big statement in my book" Would definately buy from them again. Buy the way, Sammy was able to get me a lower interest rate than first quoted on the loan.

Great service Sales man was available and stayed in contact with distance asked what we were looking for and showed us some options. I did not buy a car but I was there the whole way through, it's a tradition me and my friend seemed to have made when she needs. Car. The lot used to be another dealer but I have always went there to our surprise it's now central coast Auto sales...

My friend test drove the car she was interested in and we returned. When we returned we were helped by the finance dept by a man named Sammy. He asked all the right questions and even explained how everything would work as far as amounts payments down payment trade in etc. The bank was closed as it was late Sunday but first thing in the morning he contacted my friend and it went smooth even got a lower monthly payment!!

I picked my friend up and she went to sign, seal the deal and They sure did deliver. Its not time for me to buy a car yet but I would definitely make this my first stop! My friend is happy and we are going to be riding in style thanks to Central coast Auto Sales!! HONDA 2018 WAS THE CAR OF CHOICE!

I walked onto the lot looking for a specific car and they didn't have it. But Sammy asked why I was after that car and I went through our needs. He set me up with a different ride that met all of my criteria just as well. I hadn't considered the model before because it wasn't the brand I was used to, but I love the car he recommended. I got a really great deal and they delivered it for me.

Another detail I wanted to point out: I took the car in to be serviced the week I bought it at my mechanic. Sammy had said he serviced it, but I wanted to just have everything looked at again for my own comfort. I asked my mechanic to change the cabin and air filter so the car would be that much more neat and clean. My mechanic called me and said the filters had already been changed and looked like they were only a day old, with nothing in them even with all the smoke in the air. The fact that Sammy changed the cabin filter, which is a very optional piece to look at during a service, demonstrated that he cared about the sale, even after it was closed.

I will for sure see them again for my next car purchase.

I have always been skeptical about used car dealerships but Central Coast Auto Sales is the place to go not only is it professional but they make you feel like family. As a first time buyer I never would have imagined buying a car being so easy. The gentleman Sammy who initially helped me was absolutely courteous, respectful, and beyond helpful. In shopping for a Honda Civic it was the complete opposite experience I had at the local Honda dealer. I drove off with both the car and the great deal I was looking for.
