We have a wonderful land lord and I really like the way he keeps things up around here. We like the neighbour's and how the grounds are kept up. Until we go back to California, we plan on staying where it's quiet and peaceful.

I was stuck in traffic on 507 so long that my phone thought I visited this place and asked me to review it. Man traffic sucked that day, still 4/5 stars though.

It's no longer called Royal Oaks Mobile Park. It's called Stillwaters.

It's a good park but alot of old trailers in there. I went to get a app when they had a spot I get it all done ready to drop off on my way home then seen the spot got rented out well dam
