I accidently bought the wrong battery from them. completely my fault I thought I knew what I needed but I didn't. Despite the fact I had cut the tag off the battery, despite the fact they didn't even have the battery I needed in stock, they soldered a new connector onto a different battery for no extra charge giving me exactly what I needed. Great customer service!

Walking into the shop this afternoon restored my faith in the hobby and local shops! My first and last experience was with Robs Rc Hobby in the same plaza many years ago. I was a bit hesitant to enter this place only to experience the same lack of care and basic customer service. That was absolutely not my experience...

Walking in the front door the place and layout looked very familiar to Robs Place and instantly felt at ease when the friendly staff greeted my wife I with kind and genuine smiles. I asked the gentlemen at the front counter where the tires are?since it was my first time in this place I didn't want to take too much time away from the staff seeing how busy they were with many other customers and families on this windy afternoon. He informed me to where the tire selection was located, with no attitude at all.

I wanted to visit a local shop in order to see the tires in person I even brought my spare tire to make sure I found a good fit. One of the perks of visiting a small business and seeing the products in person vs online shopping. Within a few minutes we were helped by the young girl that works there and even tho they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, she was very helpful in helping me with my purchase decision and helping me navigate the tire selection. I ended up finding these sweet Proline Super sticky tires to upgrade an old Maisto Rock Crawler Build.

Feeling comfortable at this point, seeing all the helpful staff and other families enjoying themselves, my wife and I decided to walk around the the shop a bit and check out the current selection. Right next to the mini Crawler course is a MEGA Stack of the Coolest most Awesome Rc Line up in my opinion. The Scx24 mini crawlers have taken the hobby by storm!. The perfect gift for new or experienced hobbyists becuase of the upgrades and parts selection. If you are not sure what to get this Christmas these will not disappoint!

Big selection of parts and batteries. New Models and they even had a small selection of Planes and boats. Let's face it we are all here for the Rc Cars and trucks! Eventually found my way around the counter and was greeted by Saul. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Very much willing to listen to my needs. I asked him if they had a very specific battery brand and size I was looking for a dynamite speedpack 1750 mah Nihm pack becuase of the smaller size and weight and run time this was the perfect battery that matches the old 1/18 ecx ruckus electronics. Saul was curious and even looked up a search to check all his inventory and explained how this is a really old battery for an old brand which i knew that it was a long shot. But Man he did not disappoint! He had the packs in stock!! Woohoo!! We talked a bit and he even helped me find an alternate connector that would get job done for charging my battery with the ec3 connector to hx3.

All in all this was the best experience I had at local shop in a long time. 3 basic customer service needs were met. 1. Smile and be kind. 2. Listen to the customer. 3. Willingness to help and simply treat people like people. Everyone on the team this day was awesome and I saw alot of other very happy customers being taken care of with the same level of care. I was amazed and applaud this team!!. I own a small business and I know how vital it is to simply provide service with a smile and treat people with respect.

Will be back to spend all my money here. You have my business and looking forward to upcomming events! Thank you Saul, Jacky and Staff, you guys Rock!!

(@slashrcgeo) -I have been going to this LHS for 10 years. I will admit when I found out that Rob (previous owner) sold it I was worried. But, after seeing the huge improvement and involvement in the community that they have done in just the few years they took over is a great sign of many great things to come. Staff is great, parts availability, 1/24 scale indoor crawl course , RC cars and coffee and every other month beach sand drags are a few reasons why to do business here. RC Visions for the win.

The Guys and Gal ( Woman ) who work at RC VISIONS ( formally knows as ROBS Hobbies) are Very Cool and almost all of them Know Their Shizzz about RC.

Alot of stuff to choose from this store. Staff is friendly, i got my first Traxxas over here. This store will has almost every parts for your RC Toys!

Awesome RC shop, very knowledgeable and a great group of people that work here. Went to their Sand Drag event and you really have to give this group a lot of respect and credit for putting on events like this. Definitely support your local RC shop especially if it’s this one. A+ rating

This is an awesome place. I wanted to get into drones and did not know what I was getting into. These guys took the time to inform me of what I was about to get into and set me up on a simulator so I would not invest into something and get disappointed. I was not intending in purchasing anything on the day I came in, yet I did as I really appreciate the service that they presented. I plan on going here for any of my RC needs as I trust they have my best interest and are not about making the big dollar sale because they can.

Awesome price on Hobbywing esc/motor combo. They beat other online stores by 40 dollars.

These people are awesome they really help you get things you need for your RC car or truck or whatever you get and they are very nice I would recommend this please don’t go anywhere else. and they do awesome events where you can race your car or truck against other people

The folks at Rob’s are very friendly and helpful. They have a good selection of planes and the items I came to buy were in stock (I bought an ARF glider and sealing iron).

There aren’t many hobby stores around my area anymore and it’s worth the drive to come to this store. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

Dropped by here for window shopping, many choices of RC cars, boats, airplanes, and helicopters. Many parts; wheels, tires, shells, chargers, controllers, gears, motors, belts, etc. I also compare prices from online which is the same. Now, I know where to buy RC and get my parts if needed. Friendly staffs and answer all your questions.

Great store, great selection, even better pricing! This was my first time here i thought ill check it out after doing some sand drag runs in HB. OSCAR is the man answered every question and had every part i asked for! Great customer service from OSCAR! Will be back again!

Went there today to see what I needed to do to get my nitro car back in business. Mind you it's been sitting in the garage for 20+ years. I was helped out by Michelle. She was very helpful and brutally honest, which I appreciated!!! My receiver, transmitter, and servos were all shot. She said with the money I'll be spending to get it running, I might as well purchase a new one. Financially that makes sense, however I have too many fond memories of that car. I'll definitely back and slowly get the parts needed to get it running again. Thank you so much Michelle for being so helpful and I really appreciate your honesty!!

It's a great place!! Went there and got lots of support, the people there really know about planes, and give good suggestions! Like the environment, and got what I need! (Also bought two Revell models). Lots of selections, and just a thank you to the awesome people at the awesome shop!!

My first time at this business. Employees were very friendly and nice. Been to another RC Shop and 3 Toys 'R' Us Stores earlier today, and bought an item I liked at this store. Good selection and reasonable pricing. Highly Recommend.

Went in here on a Saturday afternoon to get an RC car we had lying around working for my daughter. Everyone that helped us was great. Very knowledgeable people. Hands down wonderful experience. Will definitely return for all my RC car needs. Highly recommended.

One of the few local hobby shops to survive the flood of online retailers, but it's absolutely for a reason. They've not only done their best to match or beat most online prices wherever I've seen, they are also very knowledgeable in the hobby and happy to help. Whether it's from simply picking up some parts, or going to pick their brains about the right electronics and settings for a homemade 3d printed plane, these folks are my go to.
