J C Penny store

This place is pretty clean. Staff usually have to hunt down but when you do they're friendly. Christmas was a bit crazy and empty supply since sales. I really only come to this location. Thanks for staying strong in this industry. I also for the first time received a coupon on a candy!! That made my shopping experience such A Pleasure..Great touch!! Thanks

The store is organized really, really well and I was able to find several options for what I was looking for within just a few minutes. The staff also is actually extremely helpful. They're clearly very well trained, extremely polite, and very knowledgeable.

JC Penney is still one of my favorite chain stores. Has so many name brands that I like: Izod, New Balance, and Champion. And they're coupons and discounts are incredible. They're online site is also very good and easy to use. Lots of discounts and more choices. Free shipping usually if you don't Iver $49. Overall, I love shopping at JCPENNEY. Name brands and great prices.

They had a huge selection in men jeans. And most of the Levi's were on sale as well. Very organized and clean . Great customer service as well.

Shhhh... This JC Penney is not crowded. It's located at the Westminster mall. This location is the best place to go and enjoy shopping. They have a huge selection of clothing and lots of sizes because the location is a best kept secret. Mall parking is best by Pennys too.
