The store was very clean I was a little intimidated at first because it seems small but when you walk in there you can see that it has a very long narrow profile but what really impressed me was Mario, this man was very efficient he knew right away that I was lost he could tell after seeing me wander around for about three minutes while he was helping other customers that I needed some good old fashion help…

One thing that’s great about employees in stores like this as they know exactly where everything is they can almost do it like it’s in their DNA

I found him to be incredibly friendly and a lot of fun I had to buy oil filter wrenches lol and the ones I needed were actually on clearance it didn’t even take him 45 seconds to have everything taken care of

I highly recommend buying tools for hardware, or automotive needs from Harbor freight and have a great system, their employees are amazing, and you won’t question the value.

Located in little Saigon Whittier CA. Great tool store. Needed adjustable wrench set drop forged $16 for set of 4. Great deal.

Great furniture dollies at a fantastic price!! Loved the very inexpensive reciprocating saw to cut my Christmas tree for trash pick up. 6 Amp with a pack of blades for $ 31.24 amazing price and easy to use. No tools to attach the blades.

Hadn't been in in a while. Place is always stocked up. Seems they have a new tool brand called ICON. Rather impressive hand tools! They know they're good because they are locked up on the shelf, lol. Despite their higher price, they definitely appear worth the price. I came in for a small fluid transfer pump to fill the diff. Only 6 bucks and worked flawlessly. I've always liked the place. Just have to know where the value is. Not everything is equal. But I'm happy to see they're willing to make their new tool line with real quality. Pay the premium on your hand tools and they'll last a lifetime. But you gotta guard from the thieves. There IS a tool for that! But it could put you behind bars using it. The place where THEY belong.

Gotta love harbor freight! This location is a medium sized one, but they still have everything. I personally like the larger stores because they have larger stock, but this one was well stocked. It wasn’t busy when I came in, and I was happy with the prices and what I got. I would likely visit this store again.

Inexpensive tools for all those do it yourself projects around the house. Plumbing, electronics automotive you name it they've probably got that tool you will need once or twice in a lifetime at a price that can't be beat.
I have amassed quite a collection of their tools since purchasing a house six years ago and have been satisfied with all of them. I did return one due to a bearing noise, just a clean swap no questions asked.
I love this place.
It can get busy fast on the weekends, but they are pretty efficient and getting everyone through checkout.

Have bought some smaller items, mainly consumables and it's been pretty good so far. Every time I've had to call in, the employees know what products they offer and are generally very knowledgeable.

Just be aware of the limitations of some of the equipment they offer.

The people that work at this certain Harbor Freight is enough to give it a 5 star rating alone. They are always friendly, helpful and will go above and beyond what I feel most people would to get you the product or any helpful information on what you're looking for.
