Walmart Pharmacy

The employees are helpful, service is fast and they have always had what I needed.

I sometimes pick up my mother's medications from this pharmacy (my father's when he was alive, too). Kelly always recognizes me - I don't even get this at my own pharmacy (CVS Reservation Rd). Today I had my doctor's office change to this pharmacy since I consistently get better service than at my own (former) pharmacy.

Good place, handled me profe ssionally and efficiently.

Sometimes busy but usually not, regular Walmart pharmacy

They told me that they do not accept my insurance even though I have always filled my prescriptions through Walmart. I thought it may be an issue because the Walmart I normally go to is in another state. However, I realized that they just lied to me because I called my insurance and they told me that this Walmart is in fact included in my network. They even offered to call this Walmart and fix the issue, but after this incident I decided it was best to go to another pharmacy with better customer service. I understand people make mistakes, but there is no need to be rude about it.

Terrible customer service, Kelly is rude, unhelpful and waste of time. I have been filling my parents meds there since Aug and today my mom was given two new pain meds. I took the prescription to get filled at Walmart like the rest and when I arrived at the drop off counter I was ignored at first and then Kelly came over, Kelly looked at the prescription and asked questions, you could tell Kelly was irritated by my answers and finally told me to go to a another pharmacy. I was confused and did not understand. Instead of explaining why they couldn't fill the prescription Kelly told me to go to another pharmacy and I asked should I move all of my parents meds to another pharmacy and Kelly said yes. The tone of Kellys voice and demeanor was rude and uncalled for far from professional. Avoid this pharmacy and this person at all cost.

Absolutely no clue what they're doing. I gave him my name, address even gave him my Rx number to transfer prescriptions to a local Walmart. I finally gave up after 5 minutes of him not being able to locate my information. Looking right at my prescription so everything is correct but he just couldn't locate on a computer. Gave up went to another business/ Pharmacy.

These people were just plain rude and unreliable
