I was raised in So Cal and I went to college in So Cal. This is the only store I have found in South Monterey County that has the style and brands of clothes I love to wear. I cant find a decent selection of Roxy items unless I drive out to Santa Cruz or Monterey (which I do not mind at all and prefer to do anyway but sometimes you find yourself short on time, energy, and/or patience).

I saw a really cute dress that was high up. I didn't see any employees around but the hook to bring clothes down was right next to me so my boyfriend offered to take the dress down for me. An employee quickly came over to us and asked if we needed help, as soon as I was about to tell her which dress, Jazmin (I believe that was her name but she was small with long black hair, tan skin with a white long sleeve shirt) raised her voice and rudely said "You're not supposed to use that, tell us to get it!" I was taken aback so I said "Actually nevermind.." and walked away. She ran after my boyfriend and tried apologizing saying "I'm sorry if I came off rude but we would just get in trouble if you guys use it. For future reference we're supposed to do it" I get that she could've gotten in trouble but she didnt have to be so rude about it. We ended up leaving the store. My parents were still inside shopping and my mom told me she helped them so I guess that was nice of her to do, I'm glad she didn't yell at my mom. I still believe she needs training for customer service though.
