I was surprised to find this store fully stocked with merchandise, neat, clean, and looking as a Penney store should. The San Bruno store is nearly empty of merchandise. I will now shop at the Salinas store, if I need need to look for anything. The shopping center, Northridge, is also quite nice too. Sort of reminded me of Serramonte shopping center in Daly City.

I haven't been out for a while and was very happy to see a very well stocked store...plenty of employees and displays were neat and orderly. Stop by if you're in the area!

Really professional staff. I Christmas shopped for my wife and daughter and the women's manager really went out of her way to help!

I thought the battery of on old watch was going dead. Even though I was only trying to fix a watch & not buy a new one, Jasmine in the watch / jewelry department was extremely helpful in letting me use the tools to open the watch to replace the battery. They had a battery for my watch, which I was about to purchase but they were smart enough to bust out a tool to test the quality of the existing battery which turns out, it was fine so I didn't need to buy a new one. The customer service I got from Jasmine was outstanding! The next time I'm ready to buy a new watch, I'm definitely coming here.

I enjoyed a wonderful discussion with one of my friends Beth a manager at JC Penney's. I also had an opportunity to find excellent sales on favorite workout Clothing. As usual I received absolutely excellent customer service!

Love this JCP! They have everything except furniture, but staff can help you order anything from their online catalog. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They always help you save a lot with in store coupons and sales. My favorite place to shop in Salinas!

JCP is a good store. Their customer service reps are great! The store has everyday clothing to jewelry & gifts. The location is convenient. Go there & spend some family time shopping for excellent deals!

It's an awesome store. You can get some good styles of clothes. The renovation is great, but you have to know how to navigate it.

Very nice place to shop, especially with the refreshed design of the outside and inside. You should probably go to other shops in the mall while your out there.

Nice store, carry a great supply of larger size clothes for men. unfortunately store is about 40 minutes away from where I live, or I would shop at the store more often.

It was so hot in the store. Especially after trying things on. Lots to choose from. Better to go earlier because after work is crazy.
