Marina Village Shopping Center

Love this grocery outlet! The owner hires with friendly customer service and diligence to their job in mind. I never see them slacking and they're always friendly. And in this day and age, that matters.
The produce is premium but at discount prices. The meat and deli section is great and you can't beat the prices on cheese anywhere!
On a side note: when I first moved to the area I had food insecurity and the owner must have recognized the signs because he walked me out and invited me to come to him any time if I were hungry and he'd assure I had food. That's amazing!! That's the real reason I'm still loyal although I now live in Carmel.

What a nice find! Great Pho at the busy but friendly Noodle Bar, followed by delicious ice cream from Marianne's at the inconspicuous 'ice cream' shop. Hope to stop back soon.

I love the personal trainer around back. Josh Rodrigues. He took me from atrophy to 30 squats and more yay

Each is owned and operated by locals. You can do your regular shopping there or just go in to see what they have that you didn't know you needed. My most recent find was a 24oz bad of roasted macadamia nuts for 15. Sounds expensive but this size bag is normally 37 so it's a really good buy.

The original grocery outlet.. it has the best beer selection.. they have come a long way from what they use to be .
You'd be crazy not to shop here!

Great store for grocery treasure shopping

My parents and I usually go here on Sundays because of the Farmers Market. They have fresh vegetables especially the ones used for Asian cooking. Also, food trucks and other food stands are there and they are delicious! I ended up buying a 24 oz of honey so I can't wait to taste it.

The grocery outlet in the shopping center in under rated ! You can always find great deals. The dollar tree is getting better items but the staff is limited. The water place is has great costumer service and icecream !

I Lived close by every one I have met and served 4 The Last 50 yrs never knew problem Chinese food noddle bar laundry weed dispensary jack in box grocery outlet and dallor tre e breakfast and ice team fresh water store m and German food all in one location and best for last lady's beauty salon and a Liquor store and a few more to mention come now come all Lobo-kaliki are my names to get what you need and across the way are real closs pool tables and bar and other food and shopping places 👍🏽❤

They have The Freshest Filtered Water I have Ever Drank Tastes like Spring water to me Also I Turned around and they have mail Box Rental and Fresh Homemade Ice Cream and More! Nice Small Town shopping center with a variety shops. The grocery outlet is clean and well-stocked and there are plenty of food options available right within the shopping plaza area. Parking is tight but never a problem. They have a farmers market in the parking lot every Sunday so prepare for a busy crowd on Sunday mornings through afternoons.

Grinderz deli is located in this shopping center in the corner. It is a delightful find! Delicious sandwiches with a huge variety to choose from. The Chicken Parm sandwich seemed to be popular but I had the BBQ brisket and was thrilled. Hubby had the Grinderz sub and loved it too. Highly recommend this deli!!

I love that shopping center. It has a little bit of everything. It has a liquor store, grocery outlet, sandwich places, water place to refill the jugs & also they sell ice cream. There is a little restaurant, a Jack in a box, noodle restaurant, Dollar Tree store.

The shops there are cool and the employees are friendly. I'll definitely be coming back.

Grocery Outlet is located here. Prices are excellent, cheap groceries. Ice cream and water store located right next to German Deli good sandwiches here. Also have other German foods here. Jack in the box is here also. Great little shopping center. Sunday mornings they have a Farmers market. Good produce.
