Farmers Insurance - Jennifer Mikhail

I’ve had farmers for a couple years now. I’ve never had a problem until they agent switch over. Since Jennifer took over my policy has been canceled not once but twice without my knowledge. I’ve driven without knowledge of having no coverage until I either receive a letter in mail a month later saying it’s been canceled or not even receiving a letter and me, myself noticing my payment wasn’t taken and taking the initiative myself to call the 800 number and find out that my policy is canceled. I’ve called the location multiple times are with no answer and not even a machine to let me leave a voicemail. I can’t even get a hold of my agent and have to go to the location since she doesn’t answer her phone. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. The customer relations/service is not up to standards. If you want to keep your customers, you should be calling them and having a phone that you actually answer. I’m furious.
