New mom here. This was the first daycare my son went too. Within the first week my son was petrified soon as he seen me drive in the direction of the daycare. He screamed and fought with me to not drop him off. at first thought it was separation anxiety because he’s never been apart from me. But now realizing that he was definitely without a doubt getting treated badly here.. he came home with a bite marks & scratches almost every week. I’ve spoke with most workers there & they came up with an excuse or blame it on eachother. Covid was also VERY COMMON here & lice. I did take my son out of here & immediately after placing him into another center his behavior changed. When it started going here he randomly learned how to be aggressive. Now I know he had to learn to defend himself.. but at his new daycare he got amazing notes home with him sharing & playing with other kids and even bring a little helper with his teachers. He Would run to his new classroom opposed to him crying and screaming at this daycare. It was just a huge difference in him. I don’t recommend this place if anything they should have it inspected! There’s definitely something going on here. And the owner daughter is very rude!! not presentable of her mother’s business with her hair looking a huge mess & showed up numerous times very sick to work and didn’t take into consideration of the babies & children around her. If I could give ZERO stars I definitely would. RUN the other direction.

Second day of my 10 month old son here and already he has a bruise on his forehead and they never said anything about that. I just noticed the bruise before giving him a shower. And when I picked him up he smelled like saliva all over him. It seemed like a lot of people are kissing my son's face. This is so ridiculous.

I stayed there for 20 minutes when I dropped off my son and the kids fought like crazy. At least a handful of kids have to play alone because the other kids fight with them. The teachers were sitting down at a table and chose to ignore the kids that were fighting. One teacher pulled a kid out of his chair by his arm and rushed him to the play area in a forceful way just to clean the table. While the other teacher stood around and yelled to clean up. The same kid had boogers sliding down his lips and chin and not one teacher decided to do something about it until I brought it to their attention. Sorry that the table needing to be cleaned was more important than the child. Then the director told me that other parents don't mind helping out. I only had one kid not ten sorry. Her excuse was not having enough staff. I pulled him the same day and she still wants to charge me for two weeks. My suggestion don't do it, any reason wouldn't be good enough for her to waive it.

I wish I could give 0.
My 8 month old son was there from 7am-9am and came home traumatized. My son was left to cry for over 30 min to the point he was soaked in sweat and tears. They didnt change his diaper until his clothes were soaked in his urine, so ended up having to change his clothes as well. All this in less than 2 hours.
Mind you my son didnt stop crying because the care providers held him or comfort no. He stopped crying because he was picked up and taken from that unprofessional place and not because they called and said hey your baby is not doing well we are trying to comfort him. It was because a family member did a check up visist and saw all this happen. So those 30 min were witnessed thus my poor baby was more than likely craying for longer as when he was seen he already was sweaty and red sitting on floor while 3 so called care providers just stood around looking at him cry.

So what was their excuse..."He needs to become independent" when asked how long they planned to let him cry "I dont know half the day all day depends"
How these people are allowed to take care of babies I have no idea!

Result of their amazing efforts to help my son become independent,
since that same day I cant walk away from him without him crying. He cries all of a sudden for no reason and just wants me to hug him and he puts his little head on my shoulder still emotional as if he just stoped crying.

Note:
1. Carpet filthy and babies left to crawl on it.
2. All infant babies put toys in their mouth and share them (toys are NOT clean)
3. Care providers sit and look at babies cry and do nothing about it.
4. Crawling babies sit in chairs strapped for long periods of time. I was there for an hour a day before and saw a baby sit for at least 30 min of that hour.
5. Care providers eat infront of babies no regard for babies looking at them eat.
6. Infants left in area with minimal light(depressing).

Overall my baby is not going back. I feel sorry for all the other babies there. I know some people dont have a choice as its hard to find good and affordable day care in this area, but please take your time to check on your baby and see what they go through in that place.

Horrible experience.💔😟
