Northridge Mall

I hadn't been to the Northridge Mall in years but stopped by on a quick trip to my hometown, it is the largest mall in the Salinas Valley and county. It has been remodeled this my last visit to my hometown mall, a much improvement from the past. There are a lot of stores compared to my previous visit to this mall, cleaner and felt safer with a more open layout.

What can I say but everything one might ever need or want is in this mall!!! From movies to sports to gaming, unlimited shopping and food courts of diverse varieties and cultures. Plus has a 24 hr gym next to mall security. 🫶 Come enjoy the beautiful town of Salinas valley where the people are friendly and the personalities remain beautiful ❤

You know it's really nice to be able to walk up and down and look at different stores instead of always going online it's fun to fill the clothing look at it and all the different colognes and smells that are there and the food to try it's really. I personally like Macy's it used to be The emporium their perfume department makeup department and toys is excellent excellent excellent and the people are really nice there they are not uppity they treat everybody very. I also enjoy pennies another really clean place to go and buy clothing especially if you are a tall woman or a tall man they have lots of nice tall jeans there at a reasonable price. Everybody loves See's Candy it's always clean the people are always nice and you really just can't say enough everywhere you go it seems like it's a really nice setup and then your older kids can play video games but I keep a close eye on them because you don't know if there's adults up there but it is a really fun place to take your kids if you want to have fun with your younger kids under 10 and maybe even older I don't know but they will love it there just stay in there and if you let him play an hour's worth of games you'll be a hero the rest of the day supposed to be work out a deal that you can play so many video games here for so long but you have to help with the house and some of the it works for me okay!! I grew up here so to see that the mall still exists brings me much joy. I know a lot of malls closed over the years, but to come back and visit this area and to see how everything still relatively the same brings back good old memories.

I stopped for a GYM, parked my semi truck, big parking lot, and security on-site. Please, no idling and keep the surrounding clean.
Also, a lot of shoe options are available at a reasonable price.

This place was the bomb! I Tried the Hot Links & Eggs! Will go back to try everything else! And they have a bar..! Recommend..!

Everything $10 or less. Quality imports. Cute selection of all sorts for home and fun. I purchased the three Care Bears for my grandchildren. I wish one of these stores would be where I live. This one is located in the Northridge Mall in Salinas California.

Best place to go especially to go to either round 1 or buy Pokémon cards from collector-verse

Just a quick trip to Mythic Games, which we found out had closed down. Made the best of it by popping into the Pokémon store where my son had a great time picking out officially licensed toys and candy that he's seen advertised on YouTube. He loved everything. An inexpensive way to treat the little ones in your life. The cashier was very friendly and helpful.

Place is dope. If you go to round 1 it's pretty cool too ,,,,, they have really tight security so I always feel safe there. They wand everyone down before they enter. Really strict on alcohol but they they will start serving pitchers of beer now :D

I was amazed at how calm and clean the mall was, I haven't stepped foot in that mall for probably 20 years so it was refreshing. The kid area was a great addition. We will go back and try Round 1.

Very impressed the events as of lately and the improvements the mall has presented! Love shopping here.

They have a kids' playground and other activities to get entertained. Like the new Round 1 arcade. Bowling, food , games... very entertaining

It used to be a cool nice place to hang out with friends and family and have a lot of memories before back in the late 90’s, early 00’s and 10’s but however a lot of stores that brought so many good memories went out of business unfortunately like for instance KB toys, The carousel ride, Disney Store, Toys R Us, Sanrio(hello kitty store), sweet things (The Super Mario plushies,figures )😔💔💔Forever 21,etc. now the mall is still good at this point but it wasn’t as good as it was used to be before sadly but it’s a good place to hang out still it just things have to change at some point👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This mall is so nice and neat. Its got a lot of good stores inside also is very family friendly too. I enjoy the food court and restrooms are very clean. I go there sometimes to just walk around. Nice mall.

Since the early 1990's I have build memories in this mall.

I watched it turned from a neon and arcade riddled area through the 90's and now. It has gone through plenty of changes and yet it remains and strong symbol in the central coast.

Mervins,sears, and Many others have been defunct. Yet Northridge mall remains busy. A cornerstone, a landmark with the citizens of Salinas. What you need you will find here. From plenty of different eats and stores you will find something to your liking.

There a plenty of clothing stores, wonderful food court a GYM and a near by Movie theater. Welcomes all different types of economic standing, it's an affordable place if you want it to be.

It has more than plenty of free parking. During Christmas season , guess what , there still is plenty of parking available; you might do a little bit of walking but that never hurts . There is childrens small carts sto push your children around if you wish to do so.
A small police post hold and maintain order across the mall. Very vigilant and engaging security presence. There use to be a time we're every now and then there would be scuffles, but those days are long gone. It's a safe mall and Family friendly with a childrens play area.

Massive range of shoe stores. Asmougish board of Food , and plenty of clothing stores.
(Sadly there is no longer any book stores)

At night it's well lit and safe. So make sure to stop by Northridge mall because more than likely what you need is just a few steps away

Its a nice place to go walk and get a snack. I like Anne’s cinnamon pretzel. The mall has changed a lot over the last 30 years. JC Penny expanded. There’s no carousel. There is a Starbucks and places with fresh fruit. Mervyn’s and Sears closed down but cute stores opened up. I like the Children’s place. They need something in the location where Sears was.
