Went here on a Friday and they have their teriyaki ahi special! Absolutely delicious and definitely was not expecting so much ahi but sure glad that it came that way! The staff is extremely nice and always welcoming when you come here. Their Keoki's wings are extremely flavorful as are all the dishes I have had here!

Delicious! I was craving chicken katsu. Their portions are very generous and the staff is super friendly. This is our go to place. I got the green salad instead of Mac salad, that house dressing is so good. They also do catering. They're super busy at lunch time so plan ahead when ordering.

Food is awesome. Exactly the flavors and textures you'd hope for in a plate lunch. Took a little longer than expected for food to come out but worth the wait. Seating is limited but great takeaway.

Keoki's Hawaiian Barbecue is our go-to spot whenever we are in the area. I'll tell you straight up, missing out on this place would be a crime – I'd gladly take a detour, even if it meant adding an extra 40 minutes to our journey, just to savor their amazing food. Trust me, it's worth every second! The must-tries: the wings are out of this world, and their laulau is just like what you'd find on the islands. And oh boy, don't even get me started on the kalbi fries and the loco moco – they're absolute game-changers. But here's the golden rule: never, ever skip their pies! Seriously, it's like a little slice of heaven in every bite. We always spend a good amount of money here, and take their food back home (4 hours away) to savour it for the week, well, if it will be even last to that. So, if you're ever in the area, do yourself a favor and swing by at Keoki's. It's not just a meal – it's a full-on Hawaiian experience that'll transport you straight to the shores of paradise!

Large servings of quality food. Love that the plates allow you to combine their different meats, which are all delicious.

This place is small but the food and the customer service were phenomenal. Great first impression with everything. If we do go back to monterey , you best believe we will be back to Keiki's. We would have gone again but they are closed on weekends. At least the weekend we were there.

( good tasting ) Certain days of the week they have specials...u must try their homemade coconut pie, haupia and their smoothies are so sinfully delicious. Always helps you with the Aloha Spirit!! Really nice tables and bench seats to eat outside of restaurant.

When I moved to the area, I was worried that I wouldn’t have good Hawaiian food near me. So glad I found this. It’s great, they have all the Hawaiian Sun flavors and so many different musubis. They have other great Hawaiian dishes I haven’t seen on the mainland. A nice little touch from the island!

Awesome plate lunch takeout. Reminds me of my visits to Maui. The portions are massive, so be prepared to leave some in the fridge for later. The kalua pork was great, very juicy and had a smokey flavor.

The people who work here are remarkably friendly and the food is delicious and always fresh. The wait time is unfortunately quite long as its a small place and there's high demand for the food. Definitely make sure to call ahead of time if you're planning to get food here!

Sooo good! Cute small restaurant with authentic Hawaiian food! The loco moco was good and the short ribs are DELISH!!! Mac and potato salads are yummy. Friendly staff! Great for takeout.

I'm breaking my normal thing and giving 5 stars on a first visit. The food was stellar. Its not fancy but, oh my, is it GOOD.

The gentleman that runs the place is one of the nicest people you will ever meet.

We called ahead so not sure on how long it would normally take but it was fast when I got there.

Try the pork, chicken, or spam. The spam fried rice is life changing.

It was the best Hawaiian food I ever had. The portions were nice size. It's take out only.

This is one of the few legit Hawaiian plate lunches I've found on the mainland. I used to live in Hawaii and ate plate lunches after surfing. When I moved back here, I would see places claiming to have Hawaiian food. Usually, it wasn't that great.

They would either mess up the mac salad, or have stuff that didn't taste authentic. Then I tried Keoki's. 100% legit. They have their own spin on stuff, but it tasted like a real Hawaiian plate lunch. Delicious. Generous. Satisfying.

My goto meal here is the Mix plate with kalua pork, chicken katsu and teri chicken. Throw in a POG for good measure and you're set. The mini loco moco substitution is also good.

You get a lot of food, so if you are a light eater, you might even be able to share it with someone. Maybe throw in a musubi to make sure you have enough for both of you.

Negatives about the spot are that it's small. At the time I'm writing this, there's no indoor seating anymore. And the wait times can be LONG. So, if you are trying to get this for lunch, call it in ahead of time, or you're going to be waiting for a while.

That said, this is definitely the best plate lunch in the area and if you're craving Hawaiian, well worth going out of your way for. Just remember, the portions are large, so bring your appetite.

Great place to eat plus the variety of food is amazing, owners are very nice and friendly. Will be going back to try more of the menu! Prices aren't to bad considering your getting great food with tons of flavor.

The food is always hot and delicious and they have plates and bento boxes. My favorite food is the Kailua pork, white rice and macaroni salad.The cashier’s are always polite and friendly. There’s picnic tables outside with umbrellas to block the sun and plenty of parking.
