Tom's Plumbing Service TPS - La Habra

First time having to call out a plumber. Called yesterday to try and schedule a visit today: but issues got worse and had to escalate to an emergency. James came out pretty quick considering it’s Sunday, and took care of my issue. Was honest and informative. Showed me the issues and let me know what needed to be done. Not that I want to have to call a plumber, but they will be the ones I call if I ever have more issues.

I called at 8:45 and they came at 11:45 installed new hot water heater, they were polite and fast. I have used Tom’s several times and they show up same day do good work and very nice., I highly recommend them.

Conner was awesome! I called TPS on Monday morning after my water heater unceremoniously kicked the bucket. The crew arrived about an hour after I called, gave me an estimate, and then they were ready to get started ASAP. The next day I called TPS again to replace my shower valve. Conner came back and took care of everything. I'm glad I was referred to TPS and will be calling them again for future projects and repairs.

jack and his team were brilliant. they came and quoted the job the same afternoon i called, and then were at my house 9am the next day to replace all my sewage pipes. they worked 9 hours, came back the next morning at 8am, worked another 10 hours and i had a bathroom/toilet i could use again! jack was wonderful at explaining everything they did and the whole team was polite and respectful and as a single woman i felt safe, which is important when you let a whole bunch of men in your house! i cannot speak highly enough of jack and his team and i recommend them 100%

Best plumbing service!! Rod, Tom and their crew are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They are fair, courteous, prompt and they get the job done efficiently and are as clean as possible. We just had to have our entire drain system redone in our home. When I told Rod that I was getting used to my house smelling like a sewer, he immediately rectified the situation, and my house smelled clean after that. I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing job you have, big or small.

I called them at 8 pm and they showed up in less than an hour!! The guy was very nice and CLEAN!! He was in and out in no time (all my plumbing was backed up). He did a great job and they didn't charge me an arm and a leg for after hour service. I will be using them again!

Tom came and fixed our Plumbing when we had our bathrooms flood on us. Tom was extremely professional and informative about everything that was going on. He explained how our main line had been backed up and fixed it within record-breaking time. Tom is fast affordable and I highly recommend recommend his company to anybody that needs plumbing services in Orange County.

This is our second experience with John from TPS. He was prompt and accurate. Explained every move in understandable terms. Completed the job in adequate time without disturbing our life. Kept it clean and neat. We have no complaints especially since we were given a discount in the end. They even smelled good and did not display any butt crack.

Finn and Kyle are simply amazing. Been having the same back up problems for years with the toilet/tub. Happened again this week. Finn came out, cleared it and started explaining in depth about a Sewer Liner manufactured by Perma - Liner . Finn and Kyle showed us on the camera where all the roots and a few cracks were. We decided to do the Sewer Liner. Finn and Kyle showed up on time and in a good attitudes. They proceeded to dig and started setting up to hydro jet before all the work of the Sewer Liner could be installed. Roy then showed up with a few guys to prep and install the Sewer Liner. Roy was an excellent addition to Finn and Kyle. Every one of them are hands down the Best Plumbers. The whole job took about 8 hours, they were very efficient and it was interesting to watch. I highly recommend Finn and Kyle for your plumbing needs. Tom's Plumbing Service employees go above and beyond. Thank you so much.

I learned of TPS on the Nextdoor app of which I am a member. A number of people on the app spoke highly of this plumbing service company. My call was handled professionally and fast. Chris and an apprentice came promptly and were so professional and friendly. They handled the plumbing issues competently and the bill was fair. I can recommend TPS with the utmost confidence.

TPS installed 80 feet of sewer pipe lining for me a few months ago. It was not an easy job but the team stayed late into the night to make everything perfect. Great price great service. Thanks TPS!

TPS just did a huge plumbing job for us. It took them 2 days and was an extreme amount of work. They solved our plumbing problems that we'd been dealing with for years. They were able to do the work without having to drill through the floors on the inside of the house, which was a big relief. I'll never use anyone else.

I have been a customer for 20 years. Tom stands behind his work. Better prices than most in this Area. His staff are very friendly and very experienced plumbers.

Had a broken drain pipe in the wall. The plumber opened the wall and found the broken pipe and replaced it in a couple of hours. He saved the day. Will call again if needed.

They came out on a Saturday night within 30 minutes and were very professional and knowledgeable. Fast service and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.

The whole team is great. From phone call to appointment to follow-up questions, my experience with this company was great. Would recommend.
