We received our new RV furniture and installed it this weekend. We got a recliner, sofa sleeper and a booth. We absolutely love them and it was so worth the wait. The functionality, comfort and style are beyond expectation. The enormous amount of new storage space we have now is incredible. Storage under all seating in the booth and a drawer under the sofa. The cup holders even fit our large Yeti thermos'. Joseph Ybarra was great to work with. He got back to use quickly with all questions and sent us lots of samples so we could see what the colors would really look like. The furniture looked so big when it arrived but fit through the door easily just like he said it would. It's true we waited five months but Joseph was very clear about that from the beginning. I feel like I have an entirely new RV!!! Here is one before picture and the rest are with the new furniture.

Ordered our sofa through Bob and because we live in So Cal we picked it up at the warehouse. It was a pleasure working with Bob and the warehouse team. We love our sofa. It was the best upgrade we have done to our RV. The sofa is well constructed and has durable and comfortable material.

We purchased our RV seats from Shop4Seats in February of 2021. It took a while to get them but it was worth the wait. The furniture is beautiful and fits perfect in our RV. Clara was great. She was very helpful in helping us make our decision. Couldn't be happier!

Just received the Qualitex De Leon recliners and installed them. They arrived in good condition and the help from Zack in customer service was great. He helped us with initial questions through to the order process. They look great in our RV and my wife and I look forward to using them on our next camping trip. Thanks for the great experience!!

Joseph the young man that helped us out getting our new furniture was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond to make sure we wanted and got what we were looking for he took care of all of our questions and make sure we received exactly what we ordered I would definitely go through. We love our new couch! It is very comfortable and the reclining feature is wonderful! Jesse Valderrama was so pleasant to work with and he answered all my questions and made the ordering process so easy. The color worked very well in our Motorhome.

What an amazing product. Material is soft, and finishes on the product are detailed and feels like a great product. Joseph Ybarra was very responsive with my questions and got the samples I asked for right away. He made the purchase very easy. It went from order to front door in one week, faster than quoted for delivery.

Our experience with Zach from Shop4Seats in ordering our new recliners was very good. He responded to our questions and sent an accurate estimate of the cost. This process was very good. The delivery went well. It arrived shrink wrapped and no visible damage. As we were told it easily fit through the door of our rv. Putting it together went well. Our only issue has been figuring out how to bolt it to the floor. We did not receive any instructions for this nor bolts to use. We would recommend this company if you want to upgrade your rv seating. We sent a photograph to Zach which we give permission to use.

The seats that we purchased, the purchasing process, and particularly Bob's assistance have all been excellent. Bob's information helped us assess that the seats we wanted to purchase would indeed fit in our motorhome. Thanks for a great product and great customer service.

For RV owners, hopefully you have found this company if you need replacement furniture! I ordered the DeLeon double recliner and a set of Livingston Dinette cushions. I was apprehensive of ordering this online but decided to deal with a 'Made in USA' company and product. The order arrived today. I am thoroughly pleased with the quality, fit and finish of ALL pieces. I will be ordering new Captain's chairs for up front, ASAP with personal finances! We were in the market for a complete furniture renovation in our 27 year old RV. Joseph Ybarra took excellent care of us. He was patient in answering all of our questions & emailed our quotes immediately. Joseph took the time to return our calls with information about our purchase. I was shopping the web for a front seat for my 1998 Chevy truck and found Shop4Seats. After calling I got in touch with Zack Falcon and he walked me through the process of getting the right seat for my needs. I bought the Santa Cruz 40-20-40 seat with the burl cover on the console. Zack insured with the seat mount it should bolt right in. It did and perfectly. It took a few months lead time but some things needed to be done before I could put in the seat.
I am a very satisfied customer and it sure makes for a comfortable driving experience. I've included a couple of pictures.

We purchased a Frontier style queen sleeper sofa and dinette. The items arrived in perfect condition. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the items. Pricing was fair and products and service excellent.

I recently ordered two new captain's chairs for my 2005 Class A motor-home from Shop4Seats. I looked around online, and kept coming back to these guys based upon reviews, quality and assistance during the ordering process. This is not the type of investment I wanted to make online only... as I definitely had some questions, measurement confirmation, etc. While my seats will take quite a few weeks to manufacture and ship, I couldn't be more pleased with the ordering process and assistance from Zack at Shop4Seats. He was very knowledgeable, patient with my questions and quite friendly. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything, as I was pretty clear on what I wanted upfront.

I ordered a very expensive reclining double chair/ sofa and absolutely love it. Was easy for me, 4’11”, to take apart the boxes and install it. Fits perfectly. Great quality, extremely soft feel to it. It was delivered ahead of schedule, the delivery guy was very friendly and know he was wondering how this little lady was going to get this done. Here’s proof!! Thank you so much.

Ordering through Zack was fast and efficient. He did a good job of explaining all of the details and options. He followed up with a message after I left him a voice mail checking on the status of my order. I have not received our couch yet and I will follow-up when I get it early in July.

I spent quite a long time researching and going to look at different seating options for my RV before deciding to go with shop4seats, I got the Qualitex De Leon series. It's a very comfortable two or three seat recliner sofa with a middle counsel that has 110 Volt plugs and USB, stainless steel cupholders I was happy to see, and some flip up reading lights; the middle section also has a little bit of under-seat storage. My dilemma was that there was no way for me to sit on it before buying it to make sure it was good quality and comfortable. This was a big issue for me because the couch I was replacing was no longer comfortable after just two years and I spent $800 for it, so obviously I didn't want a repeat only for even more money this time. Sales Rep Bob Wheelan was very helpful in alleviating these concerns for me, he accurately described the feel and quality of the material for me and of course the level comfort. We are very happy with the seats, I'm using the little table that comes with it to type this right now, everything Bob told me was spot on, he was very knowledgeable and patient while I hit him with a ton of questions. I highly recommend these guys and I'll definitely shop here next time for my seating needs

This company is amazing and the quality of our purchase was even better than I ever could have imagined. A big shout out Alex Osorio for being so amazing with helpful with my beautiful de Leon love seat with recliners. It has USB outlets, 110 outlets and swivel lights. They use high quality materials and the workmanship was excellent. They also use great care when shipping too!

Wow! I live in Alaska and i always do my homework before making a major purchase. Got quotes from 3 companies and chose. shop4seats because they offered more options and better quality than the others. Zack Falcon and his team really put me at ease and handled every detail so professionally. He really makes you feel like family. Richard stayed on top of manfacturing and finished my chairs earlier than the production manager projected.
