Davenport Beach

Perfect little some what secluded and somewhat more quiet little chunk of beach right down the street from home! Perfect for kids and kayaking!

small water Park for little ones to play. the water was nice. the day we see this little fish lost and wondering around with the kids. it was great place to have a summer fun on the water front.

A small sheltered beach of the local residents, as opposed to the oceanfront beaches with more of an influx of visitors on the weekends!
Great place to take the kids to the beach to swim, where the water is calmer and shallower than the ocean beach.
Kinda cool to see families with children comfortably in canoes, inflatable rafts and on paddle boards!
There’s a lifeguard helping to keep everybody safe while in and on the water, along with stepped up security and police patrols of the sand and surrounding land.
A portable toilet is on the beach side for visitors, tho a regular restroom is on the port side, for marina members only.

Great little beach to bring the kids and relax. Ample free parking.

My 3 yo loves this beach! Its quiet during the week but the weekend it pops off.
We saw jellyfish here. Some kids were throwing them in the air so I guess they are not the type that stings (?).

It's a smaller beach and park than sea bridge. Less busy as parking is also more limited and access getting here takes more effort. But often less busy and cleaner. Same roped area for protected swimming with a lifeguard. Same launch area on with side for paddle board.. small playground for kids

Just a really nice little Beach to hang out and have a little family picnic go swimming there's also a playground about 100 yards West Northwest with one basketball hoop slides and playground

Great neighborhood Beach for families and kids. Great place to launch a paddle board.

Great place to take small children. There are moon jellyfish there that my grandkids got to touch. Fun day!

Such a cute little spot, and it wasn't packed. Everyone that came to this little beach was super friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. The beach is connected to a really beautiful housing community that is on an actual marina. There are boats and yachts parked in the water, and you can even canoe/kayak/paddle board through the marina/community.

Huntington Beach Fire Department have the most attentive and kind deputy watching out for all our children. Great lifeguard! He went above and beyond.

Mothers' beach. Perfect for mothers with young kids and older kids, as well. Bridge jumping is not allowed, but if the harbor patrol isn't looking, have fun. What a rush!

Nice local beach. Family friendly with a swim area and space to launch kayaks and paddle boards into the Huntington harbor canals!

Great kayak launch and calm beach for toddlers.

Great little spot. Gotta come early . I use lauch paddle board . About 2hrs all the way around. Great homes.,scenery. SB. SOOOWOOOP!!
