Had a $500 Suit $150 Tie dropped off for service, I moved out of the area and thought I would have my sister pick it up. She went to pickup but without a ticket she couldn't. I am now 3 months without my most favorite suit and thinking the worst that they sold it. I was wrong. They still had it and they did a great job with all articles of clothing. Excellent service and the lady who I believe is the owner is a very nice person.

Dry cleaning and repair done in an efficient manner and for an extremely affordable price. Highly recommended.

Hit or miss with this place, as long as it is normal dry cleaning it is very good. BUT.. My wife took over a $400 dollar fawn leather coat to have it waterproofed to resist stains, it came back a completely different color which was about 6 shades darker and it was super stiff. They did not protect it under the collar or the pocket flaps so it was very noticeable. Went to speak to them about it and he was very rude and kept loudly proclaiming " not my fault". Very poor customer service with disputes.

This place is the worst, most unprofessional cleaning service. I brought a suit to be cleaned and I asked how much it wud cost to get my 20+ yr old prom dress cleaned. When he told me $20 I said I didnt want to pay that much if he wasnt sure if he could get the spots out. He said if I cant get it out then I wont dry clean it and I wont charge you. I said ok. When I picked it up the spot was still there. It was lighter but still there and he had dry cleaned it. I reminded him of our agreement and he said, "its better, isnt it?" Im not paying for better. He said ok, then you want me to get rid of the dress for you? I was so mad, I said some choice words and then walked out. So the jerk still has my high school prom dress. What an idiot! Ill never go back there. I hope the $20 was worth losing a customer to him.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I took a brand new dress out of the package that I was going to wear for a wedding to be hemmed. When I went to pick it up there was a circle stain (resembling oil) on the dress. I shared this was not there when I brought it (I have photos of me trying it on prior) and she said her seamstress would fix it. I went back to pick up the dress two days later and there was a large white circle on the fabric in the front of the dress (and other small stains). I let them know the dress was ruined and I wanted a refund and she insisted that it was my fault and the stain was not there doing. How could you in good faith present this back to a customer? I want a refund I said. They did not give me a refund and instead yelled back and forth with me saying I was just looking for money $. I was only looking for a refund as the job was her only job was to hem the length and it was brought back to me with a stain on it + my dress was ruined/not wearable. We argued more and she then said she was going to call the cops on me if I did not leave. I asked if anyone else in the room could help me and no one said anything. This is the worst customer service and the most unacceptable behavior to a returning customer. This business is operating under corrupt management. Although the tailoring was only around $28 or so, my dress was $300. It is not just about the money -- I was shown no respect or customer service in this transaction and this business should have consequences for these actions.

Beware! Took my 2 shirts in to be cleaned and pressed. The ticket stated $11.40 for the service. When I picked up the shirts the service was $18.79. I didn't notice the discrepancy until after I had paid with my debit card. When I went back inside to ask about the discrepancy in charge, the counter lady said the owner was in the bathroom and would be out in 1 to 1 1/2 hours. She acted like she had no idea why the price was different but said the owner (who was still in the bathroom) would call me. I am still waiting!
