Wanted to say thank you to Shiva and Hyde Park Jewelers! I had been looking for a Rolex Datejust and couldn’t find one at other AD’s. I had been waiting for almost a year and I stopped by Hyde Park after being at Fashion Island one day. Shiva was really nice and helpful! I was able to purchase a Datejust a couple of weeks ago and had it adjusted there onsite. Appreciate the help and would definitely go back and recommend this store.

Mr. Rodríguez was very pleasant with me. My first time ever walking into a Rolex store and was very helpful. I tried on several size watches to get a good feel on my wrist. I was pleasantly surprised and felt welcomed. I left happy with my purchase.

I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Hyde Park Jewelers and specifically sales associate Shiva! Really this experience starts two years ago (I should have posted then!). In September 2021 I was looking to make my first Rolex purchase for my wife to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. I started looking around at various Rolex boutiques and was educated very quickly on the difficulty in obtaining one with the market conditions. Sales staff in other boutiques wouldn’t give me the time of day. I almost settled for another brand but then I decided to reach out to Hyde Park Jewelers.

I was promptly contacted by Shiva while I was away on a business trip. She was happy to help make our anniversary special. She texted me several options with pictures of Datejust 31’s she had available. They were all beautiful. I chose one, arranged to pick it up when I returned. My wife loves it!

Fast forward almost two years. My wife wanted to surprise me for our 30th anniversary. She contacted Shiva a few months ago asking about a Yacht-Master 40. Shiva was honest about the difficulty in giving a time frame but wanted to help. To our surprise, she contacted us this week with a beautiful YM 40 Blue dial to offer! (By now I was in on the “surprise”). Picked it up two days ago. Shiva had the watch sized for me while I waited. My wife and I came back in the next day for another adjustment on my watch, which Shiva happily accommodated. We felt like we were talking to a family friend. True customer service!

Firstly, I can't say enough great things about the amazing folk at Hyde Park @ Fashion Island. Especially Aria, John, and Mark - immense gratitude towards these guys always taking care of me. Can't say enough great things about them - always eager to take time out of their day to talk watches and make sure any of my questions or requests were attended to. They were even able to offer me a stunning Rolex earlier than anticipated and it made my whole year.

The store itself also has the best consolidated timepiece selection that I've seen in all of Orange County; you'd have to go to South Coast and visit ten different boutiques with ten different sales staffs to match the selection here - and even then, they have the very enthusiast-focused brands of Grand Seiko, Nomos, and Oris that you won't find anywhere else in OC.

Hard to imagine myself going anywhere else for watches or eventually jewelry other than Hyde Park - between the stellar team with Aria, John, and Mark and the unmatched selection - especially when it comes to Grand Seiko and Rolex - I'll likely be a regular for life. Appreciate you all!

What more can I say? Everyone at Hyde in Newport Beach are amazing and very personable. I walked in with my wife to celebrate a recent promotion by getting my first luxury timepiece. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Queenny who asked if I needed any help. She was extremely nice and not pushy. I went in knowing what I wanted for the most part but she was happy to show me some comparable pieces while I was there to make sure I was able to compare.

I ended up selecting the 2021 Omega Speedmaster w/ Sapphire Sandwich and boy of boy it's amazing. The watch wasn't onsite but she quickly located one for me and kept in touch regularly. It actually arrived sooner than expected. When I came in to pick it up Queenny had just left but Mark, Denise, and others took great care of us and made my wife and I feel at home.

I'm already looking to add to my collection as I'd love to have these for years to come to enjoy and pass down to my boys when they get older. Hyde Jewelers gained a long time customer & friend.

Love my Rolex! Back in September I came in looking to purchase a Rolex knowing it’s almost impossible. But to my surprise they had a date just in stock. The whole experience was great and would definitely recommend Hyde Park. Definitely interested in purchasing another Rolex!

I was getting my late dad‘s vintage oyster perpetual Rolex serviced and unfortunately Rolex did not carry the band I wanted replaced. Angel called me with the bad news but then I mentioned that I would really like to get a Rolex Sea Dweller. Couple of days later John called me and said Angel told him about me and that one was available. I hurried down there and got it. This was on Father’s Day weekend so it was all the more special. Thankfully I had my dad, an “Angel” and John looking out for me. Thank you so much!

Being a long time watch lover, I decided that it's about time I expand my horizons in the brands that I wear. I've been looking for an AD in the local Orange County Area that carries a nice assortment of all the best pieces that watchmakers have to offer. When I found out about Hyde Park I was happy to find out that they had pieces from the brands I've been eyeing!

My girlfriend and I are celebrating an anniversary and I decided that it would be wise to share with her my love of watches with a special piece that she could enjoy herself. When I inquired online about something for myself, I was surprised to have received a response so quickly from Mark, the manager of the store. He had invited me in and given me a phone call to introduce himself and the store. In these days of dealing with big box retailers, it's a sigh of relief to see that businesses still care enough to put their personal touch with every interaction. He had invited me into the store and I jumped at the opportunity considering I was in the market for a watch for my girlfriend.

When I had arrived at the store, I was surprised to find that Mark had been moving from customer to customer to individually speak to each customer and once again, not something you see often in this day and age. Mark had come over to introduce himself and showed me around the store and let me try on multiple pieces that I've only been able to see online. He even offered to bring over some waters! Additionally my girlfriend was able to try on some watches that we saw online, and was able to find something uniquely special that you don't see too often. Although Mark had to assist other clients, he had brought over Shiva who was equally helpful and very pleasant to work with. She was personable and really helped seal the deal in regards to the experience.

I would highly recommend Hyde Park, Mark and Shiva to anyone that is in the market for some beautiful time pieces! I was able to gift my girlfriend a beautiful Nomos Tetra that originally she didn't like when she saw it online but had a completely different reaction when trying it on in person!

Shiva at the Hyde Park Rolex department is the best! She goes above and beyond representing the company, very responsive when it comes to getting back to her clients and listening to exactly which Rolex her clients are looking for. I visited this store for the first time this week with several colleagues and we were welcomed and treated with the utmost warmth and respect! Angel (Rolex), Denise (Manager), and Melodie (non-Rolex) were all a pleasure to work with and were all very down to earth, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We really enjoyed our time in the store and everyone made it very comfortable.

I have visited many luxury watch stores in my time and many are very pretentious unfortunately and do not provide a positive experience at all. Professional employees make all the difference for a business. Angel Whitaker is the epitome of professionalism, class, and service. Angel listens so well to my needs. (Listening is so important and it is a lost art, in my opinion). My Rolex needed warranty service because it was running slow. Angel handled this transaction beautifully! I received the timepiece back in a timely fashion and ahead of schedule.
