The store is super clean. The staff is very helpful. You also have appointments at the Genius Bar for service issues.

I love going in to see and put my hands on new Apple Devices. Love their technology.

IPhones, iPads , watches , computers , displays peripherals and more.

Apple Store is like a candy shop of technology.

Vision Pro demonstration is something everyone should experience. Apple paved the way with the iPhone, and here we are again with their delayed entry to a new market.

And once again, there's one more thing...

Apple has created the most user friendly, easy to use, spatial computing "VR-like" headset and environment; with tangible applications for both work and play, simply using it is fun.

Remember the cut and paste fiasco?😁 Cut and paste is native at launch!

Very nice store with polite and friendly helpful employees or technicians as they call them these days. We had very good service and we're very comfortable while we waited just a short time to get our issue resolved

Nico is incredible! I had such a frustrating experience with my AirPods - unfortunately, they’re out of warranty and can’t be replaced but Nico was so patient and helped me get that back to being functional. Thank you!!

Jeremiah was extremely helpful at this store. Took care of all my Apple problems And even gave me information about temperature and altitude my Mac book pro would work in since I’m going to the mountains of India. Lots of people working here and products to look at. I would recommend making an appointment at the Genius Bar. You will have to go through talking to someone On your phone about your problem and if they can’t solve it they will give you a time to go to the Genius bar.

The employees here were genuinely helpful, in stark contrast to those individuals at South Coast Plaza who were exceedingly rude and disrespectful. Despite their error, they displayed a complete lack of concern for me as a customer.

I would like to take this opportunity to let anyone/everyone know what a spectacular job these gentleman did in helping me repair my phone, that caused me hours and hours of aggravation.

Jaime Reveles was the gentleman that worked with me on trying to resolve the situation fixing my phone, after I had to have the glass/earpiece replaced, which was a “known problem”. They replaced it for free which is the good news, but it then caused a major Bluetooth problem, that I didn’t realize until after I had completely destroyed, my hearing aids and my car trying to get them to work!!!

Nate Hill, the Manager is the “white knight” in this situation because he was able to get my phone replaced, instead of patched back together like they had done the week before which ultimately caused all of my problems…

Those two gentlemen definitely deserve a raise!!!

I have had thousands and thousands of employees in my career and the good ones the rise to the top are a select few, these two are a good example of the Best of the Best.

Busy but helpful staff. I traded in my iPhone 12 to the 14, and they were helpful in walking through the whole setup and trade in process. Afterwards, we took our time setting up the new phone, and there's always someone you can ask questions if needed.

Adam ( Business Team Manager) and Alex (Genius Bar Rep.) provided us with excellent customer service and support. We are thankful to have a business account with The Fashion Island Apple Store and would recommend purchasing all your apple devices at this location. They have a great team.

Wife and I were exploring the mall and stumbled upon this spacious Apple shop. My wife needed a new phone. Plenty of spots to check out the iPhone 13 line. Salespeople were very helpful and methodical when setting up her new phone. Her new phone was set up quickly with no glitches. No pressure to purchase add-ons.

We made an appointment at the Genius Bar and were seen before our appointment so didn't have to wait at all. Our problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. The support was courteous and very helpful. We had some questions about an item and were immediately provided with a salesperson that was very helpful. They gave us both good and honest advice. I didn't feel like they were just trying to make the biggest sale but just wanted to answer our questions and provide assistance. Great experience here.

Saw from other reviews these stores are very busy, so got there a half hour before they opened. By the time they opened, there were about 20 people in line. They opened right on time and I thought they did a good job managing the que. My iPhone 5c wouldn't charge, and person at the "genius bar" I saw spent a few minutes working on it and was able to fix. So I thought they were great!

Apple Store environments are typically all the same. They're all kept very clean and all are very well organized. This particular location however is kept in pristine condition. Every time I go in it seems like they just opened the store. The staff are so professional and helpful if you have any questions. They're not pushy or rush you during your time there. Next time you're shopping I recommend you stop and take a look at some of the latest and greatest.

Very seamless experience here despite going the day before Christmas Eve. Like all Apple stores, they will help you find the right person depending on the product you are purchasing. In my case, I was picking up an online order. The whole ordeal took about 10-15 minutes which, considering the time I arrived, is record time for Apple. Overall impressed and would definitely return again.

The store is just fine like all Apple stores. Employees are friendly and helpful. The problem, like all Apple stores, is the customers. Only 1% are there to be in and out and know what they need. 30% are there to just hang out, clog the store, and waste everyone's time. The remaining 69% act like they've never used or seen a phone or technology or an Apple product or anything electronic before, which further complicates the process for the employees and the 1%.
