Professional attitudes and they are very welcoming. Was pleasantly surprised how patient they were with me while I tried on several pairs. My chino pants were tailored perfectly (and very quickly too!) and you cannot beat the quality of their products, definitely coming back soon!

Friendly staff always willing to help. Alterations are not free but very reasonable considering they do it with matching threads.

It's expensive AF but of course they make you feel like a king. The products are also flawless, impeccably presented and fit best I guess on anyone's body. Buying from them is more of an investment than just spending in clothing.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced both at any AG Jeans store or any store at Fashion Island. I was unable to reach anyone on the phone and then when someone did answer, they immediately hung up. Ridiculous.

Mass production in Los Angeles..tough price and just wait for holidays your friend can have them for 5$ to 10$ if he works there...outrages business...good luck Mr ku
