We absolutely LOVE our Apex seats from 4seating! They transformed our movie room into something even better than we imagined! I purchased a set of 6 Serenity theater seats from 4seating.com. The experience working with the sales rep Zack was straight forward and well informed. Zack didn't force me into buying more than I needed but made sure to provide all of the details I requested in a timely manner via email and during our phone conversations. I am recommending all of my friends who are in the market to shop with 4seating.

I ordered a five seat row with built in riser and a four seat standard row. Very high quality and I am very satisfied. Jesse was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the various options and placing the order. They even got delivered early and white glove delivery service was excellent. Very glad to see a company still take pride in their product and customer service!

My hubby and I purchased 10 of the Seatcraft Apex chairs through Joseph Y and we are quite pleased. Ordered 10/21, shipped 10/27 and arrived within the 1st week of November.
The chairs are beautiful. One, however, did have a missing tray table. I notified Joseph and he was quick to be sure it was sent out to us. Set is now complete. Wonderful customer service! Thank you very much Joseph!!!

Kodiak recliner - 4Seating.com. So far so good! It took a long time for the chairs to arrive because they were navy blue and that's not a color 4seating has in stock. However, I was told the delivery time would be about 4 months when we ordered the chairs. They arrived pretty close to the time promised. The chairs arrived in good condition and although there are several motors and electronic switches on the chairs they have worked flawlessly. The overall quality of the chairs is excellent. The leather quality is great and the navy-blue color tint was better than expected - we thought it might be too dark but wasn't. The chairs are a bit firm but with so many adjustments they are very comfortable. I think the firmness will be an asset in the long run since it should keep the leather from wrinkling over time. (Been there, done that) My only complaint is the cup holders will not accept a coffee cup with a handle but we knew that going in - I guess I'll just have to switch to beer. Their sales representative, Alex was very responsive throughout the 4-month order-delivery process and promply responded to my questions. Overall, a much better experience than I was expecting.

I As a tall, chronic pain, patient I have searched for so long to find a couch that fits a tall person. After wasting thousands of dollars on several recliners and zero gravity chairs I finally found comfortable seating and it’s the Colosseum for big and tall. The Colosseum couch supports for my head when I recline. We bought this couch in September 2023 and I sit in this couch many hours every day and it’s very comfortable. My sales representative was Zack and he was easy to work with and I recommend him.

Ordered the Eurotech Sofa on Saturday afternoon and I received it on Wednesday morning. Not sure if being in the greater Sacramento area had anything to do with that but wow, i did not expect it for at least 10 days.
If you are not in good shape you will need a helper. It took me less than an hour to unpack and get it set up in my living room. I am 60 years old and was able to do the entire install myself. Throughly impressed with this product. Heat is amazing on the lower back and I did use the massage after I was done and loved that also. If you are contemplating if it is worth the money, then pull the trigger. I am looking forward to years of use with this.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Based on the details I gave Zach back in October about the gaming/movie room I was trying to create, he helped me choose the perfect chairs to fit my needs. Chairs arrived in plenty of time for the Christmas room reveal and they were so simple to put together, just click in the seat back to the chair base. Very comfortable and I highly recommend. We've been using these chairs for 2 months now and I have zero complaints. Money well spent!!

Zack Falcon is the absolute best Representative for 4Seating ever! He helped me so much choosing the exactly correct seating for my downstairs media area! I got them today and they are even more stunning than I imagined. The color is perfect as Zack assured me it would be and the beauty and comfort is excellent! The Delivery Service, JB Hunt, was perfection, too. They gave the courtesy call the day before and in the morning to tell me exactly when they’d arrive! They did arrive exactly when they said and we didn’t have to do anything. The set up was smooth and no problems were encountered whatsoever! About a month ago, I placed an order for four Seatcraft Athenian chairs. Having never seen the chairs in-person, I was extremely nervous about ordering these from a company that is located 2,000 miles from my house! After speaking with Joseph, all of my questions were answered, and ultimately my mind was put at ease. My wife and I decided to go for it!

Last week Friday, I took delivery of the chairs. The white glove service was awesome. I didn't need to lift a finger! Having back issues, this was a welcome relief to me.

Following the installation, I eagerly test drove each of the chairs. What can I say? THEY ARE AWESOME! Comfortable, high quality, functional, top notch. My entire family loves them. In fact, my 11-year-old daughter mentioned that "These are better than the seats at the movie theater!"

4seating had a reclining sofa with all the features we wanted at an excellent price. Clara was personable and very helpful in helping us determine just the right model. With the current supply chain issues we were amazed to receive our sofa just nine days after we ordered it. A word of caution - if you pay for the white glove delivery the freight tracking applies to receipt at the trucking terminal, not to your home.

Brown Leather 7000 Power Curved Row of 5 Media Recliners. I waited a few weeks to write the review to be sure that everything was as promised. I received my Seatcraft Venetian recliners as I was told. I purchased the extended warranty and white glove delivery and it was well worth the money , the delivery experience was perfect with no issues .
Alex was totally spot on, the recliners are solid , the Italian leather is quality , electronic reclining mechanisms work great , very comfortable and are overall an excellent purchase. My family and I have been really enjoying the recliners in the media room . I researched several companies by going to their websites and UTUBE to see the products and listen to the countless reviews on the products before finally picking 4seating. They had the style Seatcraft Diamante Black Leather 7000 Power Double Arm Recliner that fit my movie room the best. I called and got customer service representative Zack Falcon he was friendly, curious, and very professional. I had countless questions because you can’t go to furniture stores to see the products. Zack spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering all of my questions and even offered ideas that might help me. I did not order on that first phone call but on a follow up call to ask many more questions which Zack answered once again I did place my order with seven Seatcraft Diamante Black Leather 7000 Power Double Arm Recliners. Zack and customer service followed up with a conformation of the order and then a few days later a shipping date, and tracking number. Everything went very smoothly. I received my seven chairs on 12/27/2020.I had a couple of strong friends who helped get the chairs down to my basement movie room and put them together. It was a breeze. I did do some research on putting them together and the operation of them. After plugging them in they all worked flawlessly and were in perfect condition.they are a welcome addition to my 7.2.2 Dolby Atmos theater. I can’t say enough about Zack Falcon and 4seating about their professional and friendly service and the product is exceptional. Finding the right theater seating at the right price for our home theater was an easy choice once we found 4seating. We chose the Seatcraft Diamante chairs in two-tone leather and couldn't be happier. The service and attention to detail at 4seating is first class. Our customer service rep, Joseph Y, was wonderful to work with and made the experience very pleasant. He was professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. We highly recommend 4seating and recommend you ask for Joseph Y.

I must say. I like to see and feel a product before I purchase. But after seeing the reviews I've decided to take a chance. Boy oh boy I didn't miss. Great product. Firm, well stitched and great overall. I ordered 3 days before the storm here in NY 1/29/21 so of course it was a delay. The delivery took about 17 days. Well worth it tho. I will say if you are able or have help skip the white glove service you can do-it-yourself very simple to put together. Some seating models do not attach together but with a $5 draw grip liner from home depot that immediately stopped all movement of the seating.

4 Seats and Seacraft was awesome with their service and Clara my representative was great as well. I did have a small delivery hiccup, but she took the time to contact the carrier and resolve.

I ordered the Vienna three seat couch and a single chair single chair. The products suggested by Clara turned out to be a perfect fit for my space. All of the chairs work perfectly as designed. The product was as advertised as well (the 7000 grade leather). The "White Glove" service was well worth it. So far so good. I'm very picky, but this online purchase actually lived up to the advertisement.

If I could give 10 stars instead of 5 I would. Our sales rep was Bob Wheelan, and Bob did an incredible job before the sale of explaining all the options and different chairs and sofas. Bob answered every question and knew everything about the different kinds of seating they offer. Not only was Bob great before the sale, but there was a snow storm that caused our seating to take 17 days to get to us. During that time Bob contacted the shipping company several times and helped get the shipment moving again after it had been sitting in Philly for almost a week.

For our theaters front row we went with a row of 3 Mantra sofa, that has 3 recliners, then added 2 removable slide arm armrest so we could have a sofa when we wanted and separate seating for movie nights. For our back row we went with a row of 2 Mantra seats.

The Mantra seats are very well built with finished backs and full leather all around. The seats have powered headrest, powered lumbar, and power recline, and also have base lighting, lighted cupholders, and sound shakers. The quality and attention to detail in the seats is just great. The seats are incredibly comfortable and I'd say the seats are a medium firmness and have completely change movie nights.

The seats came in 5 boxes on 2 pallets and the boxes are huge and the seats are heavy so get a buddy to help. Seriously each seat weighed about 140lbs and the double arm recliner that makes up half of our row of 2 weighed even more.

I can't say enough about my experience before, during or after buying the seats except ask for Bob. He'll take care of you and you won't regret your purchase.

The number of choices on the 4Seating website was a little overwhelming, so I called the contact number to help me identify which product and configuration would suit my needs the best. I am so glad I called because Joseph was incredibly helpful with the selection process. He was very quick and thorough answering my questions, without making me feel pressured at all towards any particular answer.

After a week of identifying which options were the most important for me, I selected the Pantheon chairs. As someone who comes from a "large" family, the big and tall (accommodates up to 400 lbs per seat) was perfect! The Pantheon also has powered recline, headrest and lumbar, which were my original "must haves." After debating whether to buy the SoundShaker amplifier, I am so glad I did. It definitely adds to the “cool factor” when watching action movies.

Fortunately, the brown Pantheon chairs were in stock so I received my 4-chair system within a week. I was very impressed with the the frame construction and the quality of the leather. They were easy to assemble. The hardest part was carrying them upstairs to my multi-media room. Needless to say, I am very happy with the whole experience and enjoying my chairs every day.
