My partner and I worked with Brittany Thomason who really made buying our first home a better experience than we could have imagined. Our family had a lot of doubts going into buying a home and quite frankly thought it would be just taking a chance since I am self employed with a new business and my wife just started a new job. Jen and Brittney turned these doubts into a quick reality. The amount of knowledge from this group exceeded any expectation in the fact that they taught us about every step in the process. Jen is a master CONNECTOR. She hooked us up with a lender that gave us a historically low rate after being let down by multiple other banks. She hooked us up with contractors that do pristine work for an affordable price. She even helped my wife with interior design AFTER the sale was closed. Brittany assessed our wants and our needs to scour the market and sent listings everyday and then would organize a detailed weekend tour of showings. She even played babysitter a handful of times without being asked! Both Jen and Brittany communicated with us daily, answered all of our questions in detail and promptly while also providing emotional support and therapy on some days.
