Dr. Kuttel is the best! We have been going to him for years. He has helped us through some very difficult and emotional times with our pets. He is extremely kind and empathic. It is very difficult to make a diagnose on a pet when the pet can't say what is wrong, or what hurts. He listens to the owners and examines the pet to draw the diagnoses. He has NEVER been wrong with our pets. I trust this clinic with our fur babies.

Best vet I've ever been to!!! I really appreciate an honest Doctor. Dr. Kutel is extremely knowledgeable and wants the best for our animals. He doesn't try and sell you, he wanted help our dog with the least amount of treatment. I've recommended my brother, cousin, aunt and uncle, and in laws. He is the best around. I moved to Tustin and when I have a serious issue with my pets I make the drive to see him.

Love Dr. Kuttle and his staff!! Just a wonderful, safe place to bring my dogs. My male is terrified of the vet and I have been working with Dr. Kuttle by visiting his office to get him more comfortable around veterinarians. I love that I get to stay with my dogs when Dr. Kuttle is treating them. I trust Dr. Kuttle with my 'furry children' and appreciate his recommendations when I need to see a specialist for something that is going on with the dogs. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Kuttel has been our cats' vet for over 30 years. We lived in Huntington Beach for 8 years and found him more than knowledgeable as well as competent. When we moved to Long Beach, we tried other vets but none as good as he. If it's not broken don't fix it, we figured, so we came back for good. Dr. Kuttel has come to our house (and we're glad to pay) when we can't get a certain one of our cats into her carrier and also came to send another to the Rainbow Bridge. Like a family doctor, which he is, he's the only vet in the clinic.

We took or very sick kitten in to see the Dr. He told us it didn't look good. But he did everything he could and did not charge us for the appt. I am happy to say she recovered and doing very well! Great and caring Dr. A little pricy but we'll worth it. I never have any issues getting in to see him.

I've never met a more uncaring and apathetic medical "professional" of any kind. When called about a medical emergency, he told us to come in, only to give us a paper with his referral code to another practice when we got there. He wasted precious critical time we didn't have. When I expressed my displeasure at this, he scoffed and sarcastically said to write him a bad review online. He boasted that he's been there for 40 years and is immune to negative reviews. I would never entrust any of my animals to such a dishonest individual.

Worst experience ever. The woman that answered the phone was nice and let me know it was $41 for a cat check up. I let her know that I believe my cat has worms because she's throwing up often, she's about 11-12 yrs old and has never been to the vet, my dad saw a worm crawling on him the other day while my cat was laying on him, and her gums seemed more pale than a pinkish color. I came in at 9:30 am at which they start their appointments. I came in at 9:20 just to fill out some paperwork so I wouldn't keep the doctor waiting. Turns out he was running late and I had to wait for about 20 min. No problem if he was seeing another pet, but really, he was just late to start work.
So he finally came out to see us. He took her out of the crate and looked at her for probably less than 5 minutes , the weighing took longer than anything else. He pat her stomach and looked at her teeth. Never explained to me that he didn't see anything else wrong other than the fact that I believed she had worms. Nothing. He just started getting a shot ready! I asked how much the shots were, he just said they go by weight and that they have that in the front. He put the shot in her butt cheek where she jumped...I guess she got enough? Just told us to put her in the crate and that was it. No thank you, sorry for keeping you waiting, no Hello my name is Dr. So and so, just absolutely nothing. I explained to the ladies in the front all my feelings about the visit. The lady that seemed to be the nurse explained to me that he's been there for so many years and that he knows what he's doing. That new doctors do a check list and that you'll see a big difference in old and new doctors. Even though my cat had never been to a vet, I had brought in my rat to a different vet a couple months ago and felt like they cared about my pet. They went over different medicines and how they are used to treat and always went over prices before doing anything. I expected the same from this place. The woman in the front did apologize for the bad visit, but the doctor never came out to apologize or explain himself. So I payed the $85 dollars and left crying. I'll never go back here again.

Vet was super unprofessional. First I took my dog cause a skunk sprayed him, and he said to call animal services. Then I went to see if my dog had a viral infection, and after trying to get his temperature (which my dog didn’t feel ok with) threw me out and told front lady no charge. What kind of a vet does that? We are dealing with an animal. Hopefully this person knows how to deal with this situation. Awful. Don’t go ever.
