I ordered a few shirts from haggard pirate. I love the designs and the shirts are really comfortable. the customer service from them was spectacular. I made the mistake of putting the wrong shipping address and didn’t realize until it had already been shipped. They said no problem and fixed it for me and got it sent to the correct address without any hassle.

Inside the Inflight surf shop they sell Haggard Pirate apparel. Love these shirts saw them online and stopped by because I was in the area.

Haggard Pirate is awesome. I love their merch and following their entertaining instagram! haha. I've known the owner for a few years and he's awesome! They are so fun. Highly recommend them to everyone. Solid great products.

Good service very very good people

Bought some stuff a couple times. They tend to have some decently designed merchandise... on occasion. My beef comes from dealing with them when the package never showed up. They were probably some of the most unhelpful people I've ever dealt with in regards to a botched delivery. For the record, this has nothing to do with the shipping company. I'm talking strictly about the way they handled the issue and every interaction between. It was like pulling their teeth and/or prompting them to do something so we could resolve the issue. Once the money was in the bank on their end, they could care less is what I got out of the experience. It was almost like they were trying to exhaust me or hope I'd give up on resolving the issue that went on for WEEKS. I'd never spend a penny with them ever again!
The business reply does no justice to my review, as they are trying to pass the buck like this didn't happen because my name, email, and/or address doesn't match their records? Ha! I knew they'd do this! Fact is, they don't know how many times I've order from them. It was more than twice but never again! Nice try HP. What's your excuse now?
