Great customer service! Beautiful jewelry! I bought a ring and an hour later went back to ask for an exchange for a different size. They were so helpful and quick with the exchange. I was in and out within 3 minutes.

I used to be spectrum location costumer but last time they were terrible and I didn’t like to shop from this brand more and accidentally I found this location in Fashion Island … omg all people working here were so kind and lovely, I wished I know the name of that girl she helped me to match my 10 ear rings, she were so patient and friendly I told to her manager too , 100% I will shop only from Gorjana in Fashion Island after this

First time shopping at this location and I wish it could have been a better experience. Two ladies working, one was helping out another customer and the other was at the register. No greeting when I walked in. However, another customer walked in and the lady at the register greeted her right away and asked if she needed help. I was there for 5 minutes without getting asked if I needed any assistance. Definitely going to continue shopping at the Spectrum location.
