Great restaurant and movie theater. The seats are super comfortable and they have great food.

Recently, my three students and I had the pleasure of enjoying the ultimate movie experience at The Lot, Fashion Island. I must say The Lot has now become our official reality-escaping home.

From the moment we walked in the lobby, we were greeted by a smiling greeter who guided us to the will-call desk. Less than thirty seconds later, with tickets in hand, we headed to the concession stand where we met Mr. Rayner Chi, General Manager. His warmth and attentiveness to our needs added more to the already welcoming and friendly atmosphere even before we entered the theater. The theater was clean. The air was fresh. The seemingly-new (and smelling good) leather recliners were so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave our seats. We ordered The Lot Chicken Tenders with truffle fries, Kobe Beef Sliders with sweet potato, Chocolate Flan and popcorn (We would have enjoyed the Pan Seared Salmon, Shrimp Penne Pasta Pomodoro, Tuna Poke Bowl had we not made a reservation at PF Chang’s). The cheerful servers placed our food on the tray before the preview started.

What sets The Lot apart from others is that wherever we looked – from the clean bathroom, to the impressive lounge area, to the theater, the perfect crowd size, The Lot delivers us with an experience that far exceeds our expectations. Everyone there did so with ease and smiles.

Whether you seek to unwind after a long day, or simply to spend quality time with family and friends while watching a good movie, delight in delicious dishes (and wine), The Lot is the place.

We saw Wonka on a weekday. The bar area is very big and nice with a full bar and massive TV. The theater itself is spacious and offers in seat service for food and drinks. Tou can also buy food and drinks in the lobby and bring it into the theater yourself, too. It's a little more expensive than a regular theater, but this isn't just a regular theater. LUXURY THEATER

Fun theatre with food served. Foods good. A little pricey though. Sests are comfortable but some are aged and could be repaired for best customer experience in near future.

Nice movie 🎬 🎞 🎥 house excellent food service 👌 😋 😀 nice for families and group of friends or even for someone who loves going to movies even for some alone time 💜 check out the restaurant bar by the entrance lobby too as you wait for your movie time
And Oh! Did I mentioned it's $12 all day every Wednesdays 🙉 compare to $20 on any other regular days...WHY NOT right??! 🤷‍♀ Save that $8 for a bucket of 🍿 💯

Great service and friendly staff. Of course food and drinks are great as well. If you drink, you will love their 'Whiskey Sour'!

The Lot Fashion Island is a fabulous experence. Flavorful meals, cozy, large recliners, clean theaters, and attentive, friendly staff. Highly recommend. So far, the best high end theater dining experience!

We had such a great time at The LOT! Tiffany and her team took care of us so well. The drinks and the food were so good and the service was perfect. Best movie theater experience hands down. The seats recline and are super comfortable too.

5 stars!!! Tiffany and her team went above and beyond to create an exceptional experience for our private birthday party for our kids. Everything was perfect she has such an eye for detail and made sure everyone of our guests were happy! Food was great, the decor was beautiful with linen and flowers, balloons and red carpet...the private room was a dream, it had an happy birthday banner and a great setting! We can't wait to book a private screening again soon!

I just went to watch Captain Marvel and I was amazed at the level of service the staff at the lot have. I have never been taking care of this good by so many different people, they made me feel literally like a king, from the most minimal things while talking at the bar during some drinks, to the concession stand to the food we had during the movie the service was outstanding, I can't believe I have never been here before!! this is going to be a must from now on, I don't think I can enjoy a movie any other way, I really commend the staff for their great effort to make the movie watching experience a great one!

Great comfortable seating i with adjustable, seating, reclining, good screen, clarity and project. great sound system. You can order good food and cocktails from your seat.

I enjoyed a quality movie experience. That is a lot for someone who heretofore saw movies in a theater at a frequency of one per decade. With the comfort of The Lot, I have upped my average to once per year. The experience was worth getting out of the house to spend time with a friend, even for an introvert.

Great spot to do dinner and a movie! Food was really good and it was awesome having it delivered right to your seat. Seats were really nice and reclined all the way. I also liked that the theater was well spaced, even completely full you didn't feel cramped with people. Would definitely recommend to others!

The most up to date theater experience I've experienced in a long time. I accidentally push a button of the right side of the seat only to be greeted by a waiter ready to take my order. I believe they even serve wine here to. Sure does beat all the other theaters I used to go to in Long Beach. Lots of perks and there is a restaurant that adjoins the theaters. Definitely a go see
