Quality Inn & Suites Westminster Seal Beach

Stayed here for a music festival in Long Beach, it was not bad! My room was clean, staff was great, location wasnt bad either. Parking lot was clean and not full of weirdos out front. I would stay again

Very clean, comfortable, and amenable. The prompt, professional, and friendly service made check in and checking out easy and convenient. The location was excellent based on my visit and work I was doing in the area. I WILL be returning.

This hotel was booked for us by a relative and while it was his second choice, it was a way better choice.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They answered questions I had about the smoking area, breakfast service and a few tourist questions. It's nice when you have smiles awaiting you each morning.

We like the location before our cruises. Clean and comfortable and then time to cruise.

I was impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was provided every morning, which was great if you're on a budget. We only tried it once, and there were plenty of options. Really, the only thing was the location of the hotel itself that was sketchy.

Room and linens were super clean. Location is close to highways and major attractions. Will stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location being close by the 405 and 22. There is also a large selection of places to eat and shop at within very close proximity to it. The rooms and grounds have always been really clean and kept up. The staff I have interacted with have all been extremely helpful and accommodating. I'd like to thank Jackie personally for helping to get my situation resolved quickly, quietly, and painlessly for me. I really appreciate the fact that she went above and beyond in order to provide me with the highest level of customer service possible. Thank you again Jackie, and thank you Quality Inn & Suites Westminster! I will be see you guys again real soon.

Ok this place has to be one of the best places to stay no kidding ! We're talking breakfast in the morning eggs waffles (u make yourself) cereal, danishes, sausages, muffins, fruit, cold juice, coffee, milk etc. The guest service people are great hospitable, nice, personable etc!
Parking is good there were plenty of spaces even if they were full still had available slots for your car . They have a pool too. The room was huge and yes it has a fridge too. Even though no microwave in the room but they did have two of them down in the office . I have only good things to say about this place it was quiet and clean !!!!! Beds were totally comfy comfy just absolutely great place . Loved it !!!!

Stayed here for a wedding nearby and was very happy with our stay. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and nice and the breakfast was not bad either! What more can you ask for?

Very nice and comfortable beds there. The rooms are better than most and the front desk lady is super. I have been there only 2 times and believe it or not. She actually remembered me along with the room that I had requested and did her best to get me the same type of room just by going from her memory of what I had asked for on my very 1st stay.
Only down side with that hotel is and I completely understand the reason for this but you will have to leave a deposit of $200.00 in order to get a room and that's on top of the room charge. Other than that. I loved it.

Hotel room is what you would expect for the price range, and was very clean. Close to amenities, not far from John Wayne. Customer service is top notch.

I was looking for an affordable motel for a staycation since I work from home. I saw the Google reviews for this place, and wondered if they were false reviews. THEY WERE ALL TRUE!

The room was spacious enough to hold a nice-sized TV, a big desk, and a love seat, which I really appreciated. It was the perfect place to read. And there was still a nice chunk of clear floor area which I was able to use for my workout!

The place was super clean (I’m VERY fussy about cleanliness), and there was an extremely comfortable King-sized bed. The shower was great — the water pressure was perfect, and there was lots of hot water — and there was a fridge hidden inside of the cabinet that the TV was on.

My room was quiet, which was important to me — I didn’t really hear anything.

My view from the window was the back parking lot (I was on the first floor),but it was great that I was able to park close to my room each night. And I wasn’t paying for a view.

I was able to have a staycation where I felt completely comfortable with the room, at half the price of staying at the first place I talked to. And the staff I met (front desk) was cordial and helpful.

One of the reviews I read said that this place is a “hidden gem,” and I TOTALLY agree.

The hotel is quite and clean. Basic rooms but homey in its setting. Nice size T.V., roomy mini fridge, and a decent size bathroom. I love big bathrooms too. The bed is so soft that you can almost sink in it. But not too soft. It sits up high and I like that too. Great atmosphere.

The 200.00 deposit is a little steep but refunded quickly if no accidentals.
Room was perfect as was Jacuzzi and with MY MOOD LIGHTING made for a great night and get away.
Provided breakfast was OK, staff was to the point and was there when needed.

Its a nice inn. The room is nice and comfortable. Looks clean and has updated furniture. Very spacious. The facility is also very clean. I like that they a designated smoking area outside with chairs and ash trays. The continental breakfast was good. They had waffles, sausage, eggs, toast cereal etc. To summarize it the the stay is comfortable and clean. In my book that's very important. I feel I got my monies worth. The only thing negative thing about this place is that they're next to a pet adoption place. So you can hear the dogs barking.

I was pleasantly surprised by this location. I had already booked it after seeing the multiple positive reviews. I booked a room for 1 and the room even had a jacuzzi in it! Though, it was out of order. It was very nice looking, though! The room had so many options for lighting thanks to the number of lamps in the room in addition to sink area. I do a lot of work when I stay at hotels/inns so the lighting is very important to me, in addition to wi-fi and access to outlets (all of which were great as well) The staff was friendly and conversive.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The reception of the TV was a bit fuzzy at times, but I only watch the news on TV if anything. The free wifi offers you the chance to stream or watch videos on your devices anyway :). The wifi only D/C'd once or twice, but would return in like a minute. The desk in the room was superb. It was large, had drawers, even a glass on top! If you're bringing a laptop and a mouse make sure you have a mousepad since they don't normally track well on glass. I had a mousepad :)

Finally, I really liked the shower stall. I don't like it when inns/hotels use tubs for their shower area; many times it leads to wet floors. This place had an opaque glass snap-to door and the shower stall itself was clean. The water pressure was excellent. If anything, I guess the toilet seat could be replaced/updated? But it was no big deal at all.

The AC was great. Sometimes a faint smell of weed, perhaps due to previous guests or something, not sure. But it was not always there :) They even had this little laundry bag you can put used towels in (I think!)

The location is great. Quiet. Near shopping area/food. Plenty of parking which also felt safe. Uber eats had no problem delivering either. I did not try their breakfast but I know they offer it. Vending machines were bills/coins only.

I saw/heard kids in the complex while outside. It seems quite family-friendly and safe. They even have a pool, though I didn't ask if it was being used now, due to covid.

Very good value for the money. I stayed 4 nights and it was very comfortable. My room was clean, I had a mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was good as well; eggs, sausage and waffles. Each time I went to the office with questions or concerns the staff was very helpful and attentive. The local food is great in the area as well. The Mexican and Thai food are the best in the area. There are 4-5 excellent restaurants within walking distance.

I almost don’t want to write this review bc this place is a hidden gem! The hot tub room is ideal for couples who want to keep the flame alive or re-light it! Very clean. Plus complimentary hot breakfast. We’ve stayed here 2x and will be returning soon.

This place is a breath of fresh air. It truly was an immaculate place to stay. Customer service from Ha was outstanding at the front desk. The facility is well taken care of. The daily housekeeping services were excellent. The continental breakfast was great. This is our new primary preference if we go back to visit family. The price can’t be beat for their quality. Can’t say enough good things about it.
