Mike at Neptune was great. I am so glad that mu Mom prearranged this. It made the details of her passing so much easier. I am going to do the same thing for my loved ones

They picked up my wife in a timely manner. We're very pleasant to deal with.ill also be creamated there .

I originally had a horrible experience with the Neptune Society. After my sister's passing, our sales rep treated my mother and me with no compassion or care and treated us like a number. My original review did not look like this. However, it was seen by the Neptune Society executive director and he made the situation right and he did it in a dignified and respectful way. As I understand it, original person with whom we had been dealing is no longer in their employ and can never treat another family so poorly again!

While I hope I never have to use their services again given the business that they are in, they did make it right and I am appreciative of the lengths to which they went!

I have been talking with Kelly from Neptune Society and her attitude is somewhat "snotty," for lack of a better word. I did not get an email request from her and when she called to tell me she had sent a request for a photo ID of my loved one she became condescending. She also waited almost 5 days to call and tell me she had sent this request all the while my loved one has not been cremated yet. I hope I never have to deal with Neptune Society again.

I can't believe how rude they were. Especially the manager. I think that his name is Scott, not sure of his last name as I didn't stick around long after the not so friendly welcome. I'm not sure if it is because I'm black but Scott kept asking me how much money I was willing to spend and smiling. I went there to gracefully put my mother to rest and get treated like just because I'm black that I don't have any money.

Guy from Neptune Society keeps putting you on hold with a excuse that his signal not good even if you call from different number.I tried with a landline and still doing the same thing.it happened today Sunday.
