What a great store! I love that both my daughter and I are able to shop here. Clothes are stylish and comfortable. It’s one of our favorite stores. The girls that work here are super friendly and helpful.

I came into Ellison Road to exchange a purse I had just gotten at the Belmont location.
The young women who helped me was patient, kind and very sweet! I asked her to text me after she was able to open her shipment and see what new shoes she had and she did! She didn’t forget about me which made me feel important! It’s the little things that count!

Awesome boutique! Great prices on really cute stuff. I have bought several things for my sigot (significant other) in the store and online. She looks soooo good in their clothes :).

Super cute shop with lots of great California beach clothes & accessories. Affordable prices - which is surprising considering the beach side location, right in downtown Seal Beach.

I had a really helpful sales lady and I can’t remember her name; young aspiring college student. She was so helpful finding me items and was very patient. It makes a difference when you shop! I’ll be back.

HORRIBLE customer service!! The manager , Sadie, is incredibly rude - no idea how she is the manager of this store. I tried to exchange something I bought online and they refused claiming “we are a small business, maybe a larger store could accommodate you but we can’t” so now I’m stuck with a dress that doesn’t fit me and the craziest part - they had the dress on the rack in the store !!!! They are still selling it and despite this refused. I’ll be taking my business across the street to Stitch and feather.

I recently made a purchase, one of many… and i wanted to return a dress that they still had in stock in store and they would not return it, I do live quite far and did not make the 3 week return period, but the owner would not make a 1 time exception considering I am a great and returning customer. Now I’m stuck with a $65 dress that I will never wear. I will NOT be returning to this store. Now

I wouldn’t recommend applying here for a job. I got ghosted after my interview and I followed up with the the management team. They said they never received a text/email from me, so it goes to show how unorganized the hiring process is.
Save yourself time & don’t apply here. I’m sure I’m not the only person who had this happen to them. I usually don’t post reviews but this one was needed 🙏🏽

They are THE WORST they are so mean and infested with bugs and they are such jerks to stores around them never go here never!
