Just completed a commercial loan with Ms. Jesse Cho of CPGI on an office building I own, and it could not have gone better. I've been in the real estate business for 40 years now, and I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that loans secured by commercial real estate have never been more difficult to obtain. My experience with CPGI was quite contrary to the current rule though. I simply filled out my application, provided the necessary documentation, and before I knew it we had loan approval and funded a few days later. Incredible in today's lending atmosphere! I would recommend Ms. Cho to anyone seeking real estate related financing. She is a true professional and a pleasure to work with.

- he’d tell us about all the little upgrades we could do to make our place even more attractive to buyers

All in all, I felt like they treated me like VIP. I know I’m not the easiest person to work with, but they handled my demanding and impatient personality with ease. They were so professional. Due to an amazing experience with them selling our condo, I went with them in buying my new house as well. This company is a gem.
