Great products and great company to work with!

The company is a very nice environment not to mention with some lovely people. I was offered an opportunity to this company. I was on temporary employee my status and I had agreed to join. I had been there for only 3 weeks exactly. The Manger Daniel Estrada had told me that had requirements I had to be at to become successful in this employer. He seem like a nice guy a first until he asked me to cover up my one tattoo I had no my arm. He asked me if I can any criminal recor I said a Misdemeanor. He asked me about it I don’t think he was suppose to ask me about it but anyways i let it go and I agreed with those conditions. I was offered a position temporary the next day after the interview to start the following day as a last minute notice. So I attended well and was always punctual to my reliability status. Every one was nice expect one guy he’s name was Brian in the department that I was assign to, he would always hassle me and tell me things basically macro mange me. I felt passive aggressive or a rude tone always. I tried not bother him munch or ask for him for help so I always would ask other employees. I did very well in my performance it was only 3 weeks I did make a mistake just like everyone else who first starts an employer but I had experience in the field and in the department. I always remained busy and on task. when offered the position Daniel told me it would be temporary to hire depending on the performance. I think that fact they didn’t tell me it was only for three weeks it didn’t give an advance. I had to say hi to everyone I passed by to in the company which was what Daniel astrada said so I did which was ironic because I tried saying hi to him sometimes and didn’t bother looking at me or would ignore me. I got a call and they told me I would not be able to return to work because of slow work. I didn’t know it was only for a peek season or not did I get an advance notice. It think it was very unprofessional and lack of communication.
