Wow…. Horrible human being.. just saw one of their associates berate a delivery driver for parking in their precious EMPTY parking lot for a whole 5 minutes. It’s always important to note how people treat other people when they aren’t trying to get money out of them.
Absolutely horrendous & not professional. Completely selfish with zero empathy. I doubt she would of minded if the delivery was for her or if the driver was someone she knew. Trash is trash.

This place pulled a bait and switch on me. I signrd a lease with them for a condo and then they told me that the owners would be managing it. So far, I moved into a filthy place not cleaned at all before I moved in....dog hair and infested with fleas. The parking is not managed and tenants do whatever they want. I have never been able to use my parking space. After weeks the owners sent a house cleaner and fumigated. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. IF YOU SEE THEIR SIGN MOVE ON, ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!! I CONCIDER THEM DISHONEST!

Violated California law for equal opportunity housing. Refused to work with friend due to having a licensed therapy dog from PTSD. They accepted the application and he was approved, before refusing to go forward due to his disability. Shame on Bayside.

Worst real estate experience ever! They're extremely untrustworthy and only out to fill their pockets with your hard-earned monies. Please do yourself a favor and don't even think about these crooks.
